Fantastic view of the Horseshoe Falls and surrounding area. Light show at night was spectacular compared to past years. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful as there was construction outside upgrading the front parking area of the motel. Minor inconvenience to park while waiting for trucks to move and facility more than made up for it. The room was great, with microwave, coffee machine and small fridge. Bed was comfortable, WiFI no issues and jet tub felt great after walking around taking in the sights.

Really nothing other than the minor inconvenience regarding the upgrading of the parking area.

Location was good! Staff were super friendly! Rooms was comfortable, and small problem with a/c was dealt with quickly.

Room advertised as falls view…it is now more of a glimpse with trees growing up, perhaps room name should be changed to glimpse. Friends who did not upgrade for a view room had a similar view for less money.

Lovely partial view of the falls, kind and friendly staff, the kids enjoyed the pool.

Location doesn’t allow an easy way down to the falls and visitor centre (without paying $3 per person for the incline railway). Not the property’s fault but good to know when planning your trip.

The jacuzzi was fill out very fast. I had a lot of towels available to use. The heater/cooling very easy to use. The view was perfect

I only have a small complaint. The cleanness was not good and the TV was not a smart tv. I could not watch you tube or my Netflix account. For example

The room was clean and quiet. Next time I'd opt for one a little bigger as there was no sofa and only one chair making it difficult to bring food into the room and enjoy it properly. Parking was terrific as well and having a restaurant on site was perfect.

The bathroom needs some work. There had obviously been leaks at one time. It was large enough, but the toilet was very low, seat needed tightening and the porcelain was scratched very badly inside - so much so that we thought it was hair in the toilet. The dresser drawers kept opening for no reason creating a tripping hazard - especially in the middle of the night.

The staff were so kind and knowledgable! They answered every question my mom and I had. They welcomed my dog and called to make sure our stay was comfortable. We got a jacuzzi tub and it was huge and nice to cool off in after a hot walk to the falls. We were able to walk to the elevators that take you down to the falls in no time and was quieter than staying on Clifton hill so great location. The room was clean and comfortable AC worked great! Honestly travelling with a reactive dog is hard and they made it so much easier the rooms had great sound proofing which helped him settle and we barely heard the fireworks. We felt welcomed and wanted which goes a long way! I would 100% stay again and again. Also we were close to good restaurants which is nice. They had secure parking for a reasonable price considering how close to the falls it was. The staff working the parking security were friendly and kind. Can't say enough great things! Thank you! :)

I liked it all there was no bad things!

-Location was perfect!!! It was a very short walk to the OLG Center where we went to watch Avril Lavigne in concert!! -I really liked the fact that they allowed DoorDash up to the rooms after hours.

-I Did not like the fact that they wouldn’t accept Indian Status Card for tax exemption. -I did not like the fact that I had to pay 45$ for parking for one night or walk 5 mins away for a free spot. -The coffee machines could be a little better & they could have offered a little more sugar and whitener.(I could have asked for some and I’m sure they would have brought it up.) -I wish they offered a balcony on the upper level for smokers to enjoy, rather than going all the way downstairs to smoke from the 14th floor lol -I wish the tvs in the rooms were more updated with apps like Netflix ect. (We would obviously sign into our own accounts)

Staff are amazing & friendly, fabulous location with views of the falls. Hotel & our room was very quiet & great for sleeping.

The first room we were offered was on the main level with a rather loud air conditioning unit that after an hour we decided was too loud for sleeping as this was a work trip (It was a beautiful bi-level room with a jacuzzi) but a bit too loud still & looked out onto the parking area with parking directly in front of the window. The staff was very accommodating & we were able to switch rooms which was very much appreciated! Again thank you to the wonderful staff for being so helpful! I booked on the same day of arrival for a last minute work trip & was able to get a falls view room. On site parking & close to many restaurants & attractions as well.

Good location : walking distance to some restaurants , casinos , the falls and some attractions . A long walk to downtown and other attractions . "WEGO" bus service a big help . Quiet , clean , and friendly reception : we stayed midweek after Easter long weekend when not busy . Room : a little dated , but good condition with a comfortable bed . Parking : was a non-issue as we took the GO train to Niagara from Toronto . Not an unreasonably longer time , no traffic or expensive parking hassles , and less expensive for 2 people overall .

The view, comfortable beds, location, pool, pet friendliness. It’s nice that the pool got renovated- looks much nicer and feels much cleaner now.

No breakfast included. Checkout time is really early (in Europe late checkout is 2pm, in this hotel it’s 12). After the change of ownership they don’t give out any coupons you can use in Niagara. When it was Radisson you got different discount coupons with your room card. The staff also told me about the terrible idea the new hotel owner has, to only make rooms without the view pet friendly, which seems ridiculous. I stayed at the hotel when it was Radisson several times because that meant I could travel with my dog. And I always saw other travelers with dogs at the hotel, which was very heartwarming. Very disappointing that next time I’d like to do that I’ll have to miss out on the view. Not sure how one came up with this and thought it was a good policy.
