Fantastic view of the Horseshoe Falls and surrounding area. Light show at night was spectacular compared to past years. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful as there was construction outside upgrading the front parking area of the motel. Minor inconvenience to park while waiting for trucks to move and facility more than made up for it. The room was great, with microwave, coffee machine and small fridge. Bed was comfortable, WiFI no issues and jet tub felt great after walking around taking in the sights.

Really nothing other than the minor inconvenience regarding the upgrading of the parking area.

The hospitality ! I must say I haven’t seen this kind of affection towards guests in a long time . I want to mention that Leo ( front desk representative ) not only made whole check-in process super smooth but upgraded our room as well . I will always stay at this place and would recommend this to all my friends . If I talk about property the view from rooms are worth the prices and comfort of rooms in terms of space , cleanliness , bed comfort is excellent ! It’s a 5 star hotel so every thing is according to that . Also , the location is amazing ! Just 15 min walk to main Niagara Falls . Waiting to go back to the same property again soon !

Location was good! Staff were super friendly! Rooms was comfortable, and small problem with a/c was dealt with quickly.

Room advertised as falls view…it is now more of a glimpse with trees growing up, perhaps room name should be changed to glimpse. Friends who did not upgrade for a view room had a similar view for less money.

Lovely partial view of the falls, kind and friendly staff, the kids enjoyed the pool.

Location doesn’t allow an easy way down to the falls and visitor centre (without paying $3 per person for the incline railway). Not the property’s fault but good to know when planning your trip.

Loved the location, staff was pleasant! Mattress was very comfortable and the view of the falls from the windows was great! AC worked well and we liked the jacuzzi tub. You’re right next to everything you want to go see, a short to medium walk to just about any main area of Niagara. Liked the security with the locked main doors at night (can use your key card to get in)

We enjoyed our stay but a few notes that could be improved on: -we liked the jacuzzi but unfortunately we realized when we turned the jets on it was dirty and hadn’t been flushed out, black hairs were popping up in the water and we are both blonde… -there are standard pillows on the king size beds. No big deal, they were comfortable! But definitely would’ve been better with the appropriate size pillows to the bed -the televisions only have cable, there is no ability to log into your streaming apps (such as a smart tv) and watch what you want, or even pay per view, it was all dependent on the stuff on cable -parking was a very high fee of $30 per night in the offsite area and $45 in the on site area. Was a little surprised

The staff were so kind and knowledgable! They answered every question my mom and I had. They welcomed my dog and called to make sure our stay was comfortable. We got a jacuzzi tub and it was huge and nice to cool off in after a hot walk to the falls. We were able to walk to the elevators that take you down to the falls in no time and was quieter than staying on Clifton hill so great location. The room was clean and comfortable AC worked great! Honestly travelling with a reactive dog is hard and they made it so much easier the rooms had great sound proofing which helped him settle and we barely heard the fireworks. We felt welcomed and wanted which goes a long way! I would 100% stay again and again. Also we were close to good restaurants which is nice. They had secure parking for a reasonable price considering how close to the falls it was. The staff working the parking security were friendly and kind. Can't say enough great things! Thank you! :)

I liked it all there was no bad things!

The room was clean and quiet. Next time I'd opt for one a little bigger as there was no sofa and only one chair making it difficult to bring food into the room and enjoy it properly. Parking was terrific as well and having a restaurant on site was perfect.

The bathroom needs some work. There had obviously been leaks at one time. It was large enough, but the toilet was very low, seat needed tightening and the porcelain was scratched very badly inside - so much so that we thought it was hair in the toilet. The dresser drawers kept opening for no reason creating a tripping hazard - especially in the middle of the night.

The jacuzzi was fill out very fast. I had a lot of towels available to use. The heater/cooling very easy to use. The view was perfect

I only have a small complaint. The cleanness was not good and the TV was not a smart tv. I could not watch you tube or my Netflix account. For example

The room was exactly like the images, and I had booked the Canadian Fallsview room - the view was spectacular. The bed was large & confortable and the room was well appointed. There was an attached restaurant for breakfast and meals, which was pretty average - youre better off going out on the town. Niagara is really expensive because of the tourist traps, so watch out where you go. Special mention to the young South Indian lady on the front desk, who was awesome (forgot her name).

For the price one paid for the hotel room, I would have expected a continental breakfast thrown in at least.
