Hotel is clean and new, convenient to have laundry facilities in hotel. Nice rooms and cafe downstairs handy too. Close to station and shops to.

Very close to the Osaka Station. Directly across the road from Yodobashi. The rooms were also very clean and more spacious than we expected. Vending machines within the hotel also meant we didn't have to travel far for late night drinks.

The view could have been better (this cannot be helped) The adjustment for the shower head was in a strange position. I was constantly worried that if I tightened it further, it would crack the mirror.

Location is absolutely fantastic - within 7-8 mins walk to Osaka Station (for those who wish to know, pls find the link bridge to the Osaka Station through Grand Front Osaka, a mall which is right across the road from the hotel). The space is considered good for Japan city standard.

It would have been better if they offer better variety of breakfast spread. We stayed for 6 nights and after three mornings of same breakfast it became mundane.

Polite and helpful staff in the front desk and lobby. Excellent location nearby all trains and shopping area, especially a few step to Yodobashi. Spacious room and comfortable beds. Big bath tube with separate bathing place and toilet which is good.

Mattress bugs now are a big problem in Japan, so better provide one more suitcase stand, so we don't need to put another suitcase on the carpeted floor. If set up Youtube in TV system is appreciated, it's now popular in many new hotels.

Big comfortable room and bathroom for Japanese room standards. Location was really good, within walking distance to Osaka Umeda train station, lots of shops, eateries. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Coin operated laundry on-site. Baggage forwarding service available.

Location was 10/10. Rooms were clean. Temperature regulation was very good for a winter stay. One firm pillow and three softer ones shows there was a mix of pillows.

It would have been perfect if there was another firm pillow. I did not ask but I’m sure the hotel would have readily granted the request.

We stayed for about 5 nights and we were impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms and the bathroom. We appreciated the well-stocked toiletries available. Housekeeping makes sure the rooms are spotless, everyday. And the staff was very helpful in assisting us with questions regarding which trains to take. The hotel is also centrally located and is a short walk away to convenience stores and the train stations and malls. We highly recommend Hotel Vischio.

location is great near the main Osaka station which is convenient if you want to travel around Osaka and cities around there.

They refused to make hotel reservations outside the hotel which is so unprofessional and I’ve never had that experience elsewhere. The hotel has only one restaurant and is always closed. Japan restaurant is not easy to book due to the lack of English language reservation system.

Location is close to JR Osaka and Umeda metro station and several malls so great convenience. Rooms seemed to be slightly bigger than what other hotels in area offer at price same price point.

The room is real spacious by Japanese standards. Clean and modern. Highly professional & respectful staff. Check in and out are a breeze. Excellent location yet not crowded or noisy. Both the cafe and the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel serve decent food.

Only very minor complaint is that carpet in the room looks a bit beat-up and has quite a bit of stains. Perhaps because of the color (light gray).
