Hotel is great, bar service was good and it’s super clean and modern!

It was difficult for my mum who is disabled, and the entrance of the hotel has a staircase. They have a lift for disabled people at the steps but it was not operational. Each time you want to use it you have to go in and ask staff who then ask maintenance to come with a key. Super disrespectful for disabled guests.

Room was clean and bright. Relatively large by Venice standards. Breakfast was great, nice to get a good start on the day before doing a lot of touring around. Wide variety of choices. Location is a short distance from Piazzale Roma, which means less distance to travel with luggage. This was an excellent choice for us as we liked walking around the city.

There isn't much to improve on. For people who don't have a lot of walking endurance in their legs every day (families with young kids, older folks), it might feel better to be closer to the major tourism locations, and get help moving luggage into the city.

The property is lovely and the location is nice. Easy access to many things but far enough away from heavy tourists areas that it was quieter. LOVED the little bar around the corner from the hotel. Also, the staff was very helpful.

This property caters to the larger traveling tour groups, which meant that in the evenings sometimes the common areas could get very loud (especially the outside garden/bar) AND more importantly it means that large groups of people are dining at exactly the same time every morning. There is only ONE coffee machine and it is also the hot water for tea, so sometimes the line to get your morning beverage could be 10-12 people long and then each person would have to figure out how to work the machine. This definitely needs to be dealt with. 🫤

This hotel was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The building is newly renovated, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything we needed during our stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and always ready to help. One moment really showed how special this place is: we lost our bag in Venice, most likely taken by mistake in the crowds on the boats. With thousands of tourists around, the chances of getting it back felt almost impossible. But the hotel staff immediately supported us, and thanks to their help the people who had taken it by mistake actually returned it directly to the hotel. That level of care and service is rare, and it turned what could have been a stressful trip into a memory we will always treasure. We warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Would be nice to have cosy lights and low background music in the lounge outside in evenings.

Nice location walkable from the train station and the bus station. Also very near the restaurant area so it's convenient to find dinner and gelato late at night. Room was very clean, tastefully decorated and had everything you could think of. I also appreciate that there's lip balm among the bath amenities. The hotel acceded to my request for a higher floor, so I had a nice view and could see the sunset in the distance over other buildings. The staff were also very friendly, cheerful and helped me a lot.

The bar on the ground floor always has people at night and because in Venice everything echoes, you can hear the laughing and chatting. It also sounded like my next-door neighbour was hanging up clothes until 2am every night because I often heard the loud sound of hangers knocking into the wall. The breakfast could do with more cooked food options.

THe breakfast at the hotel was nice. We have had better breakfasts in other countries, but this was pretty good by Italy standards. Far better than hotel breakfast in US. Food choice was decent and coffee selection was nice. The room was small, but very clean and the partial view of the canal was nice. The bathroom was very modern and comfortable. The location was very nice considering proximity to the parking area. I kind of picked this location randomly, but I like the idea of being relatively close (about 8 minutes walk) from the parking decks. In the end, I was very happy with this choice!

The room was a little loud with noises from the street (teens hanging out and dogs barking), but we were so tired it didn't really make much of an impact. Perhaps some folks would rather be closer to St. Mark's square. In all reality, the thought of having to take a water bus with luggage doesn't sound great to me. I would rather be closer to the trains and the parking and mainland access and then just travel via water bus to the rest of the city.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent—quiet, central, and close to everything. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. For this price range, we expected high quality, and the hotel mostly delivered. Staff were generally professional and helpful.

The only issue was with the air conditioning in one of the two rooms we booked. In one room, we could set the temperature ourselves. In the other, we couldn’t adjust it at all and had to call the front desk each time. The first time I called, the staff member seemed impatient or busy and hung up on me. Possibly a cultural or language misunderstanding. She did call back five minutes later to explain how the A/C works, which I appreciated. Still, it would be better if both rooms had the same functional settings.

Staff was very helpful organizing glass making experience for me and my daughter! Very clean and nice hotel in middle of Venice!

the hotel was very clean and also in a very convenient location. Walking distance is about 10 mins to the bus terminal. The ferry terminal is also very close and walkable.

Although there is wifi provided, the coverage in the rooms is terrible, the lobby was giving great speeds but we would constantly lose connection in our room. Even after asking the receptionist for help, we didnt get any and I understand its not easy to add coverage so easily.

-centrally located n close to grand canal -walkable to bus station n train station n to some awesome restaurants n gelato places - very clean beautifully fragranced - Hollywood theme n the holographic photos in the restaurant area are awesome - staff were friendly n extremely helpful n provides information - awesome breakfast selection

Pricey but might get lucky if booked in advance (I literally had 2-3 days to book the hotel and that too now in June…where it’s the peak season starts - Shower pressure is quite low but I believe it’s for the water consumption
