We absolutely loved our stay here! Our breakfast was INCREDIBLE, very generous portions! Our views were the most beautiful, especially at night during Christmas. We would go back in a heartbeat.

the owner has several apartments in one building. They differ greatly in volume and living space. The ad contains photographs of the best ones with a terrace and high ceilings. However, in reality you can get any other apartment. for example, ours had low ceilings and no terrace or balconies. In addition, the furniture and beds are very uncomfortable.

Forget about luxury Venetian hotels - and we have tried several of them over the years we have been going to Venice - Danieli, Luna Baglioni, Ca'sagredo, Ai Reali, to name a few. If you don't need slippers and a bonbon on your pillow by your bed every night or a luxurious restaurant and bar right in the hotel, then try staying at Canaletto Luxury Suites - San Marco Luxury. In the case of the apartment with a terrace, which we rented, you will get a 70 m2 luxuriously furnished apartment with a large terrace with a unique view of most of the monuments on San Marco Square. And for a significantly lower price than you would get for a similar apartment in a luxury 5-star hotel. Every morning you will be greeted by an opulent breakfast, served directly to your suite. Mornings with breakfast on the terrace overlooking San Marco are simply magical and highly addictive. The charm of this accommodation is further enhanced by the uniqueness of the building in which Canaletto Luxury Suites - San Marco Luxury is located - the 15th-century Clock Tower, Torre di Orologio. The house where the great Venetian painter Canaletto once lived.

Due to the location on San Marco, a taxi cannot reach the apartment, you have to drag your luggage across the entire square, but it is a small inconvenience that this accommodation will amply compensate for.

What did I like? Everything about the property was "almost" perfect. We only lacked a personal butler (just kidding) which would make it absolutely perfect. I wish our room had bigger windows and/or a balcony but even then, the view that we got of San Marco Piazza was beyond priceless. Yes its a bit pricey, but you'd feel you got good value out of the money you pay.

The price. Also, the instructions on where to find the reception were vague (although we found the door to the rooms with no problems). We didnt see the recep door at first even though it is diagonally opposite the entry to the rooms, mainly because it was not signposted properly. The door said "San Benedetto" in big letters and you need to look carefully to see "San Marco" also written there. A bit confusing but there it is.

It was exceptionally sensational! A true honeymoon hotel ! Perfect in every way ! Great breakfast, bed was comfortable and all amenities were available and its center of all touristic sites, restaurants, shops and on the San Marco piazza! You couldn’t get a better location and the place was clean , a real suite with everything you can imagine!

The place took us 3 hours to find the place and walking around the whole city to find the place ! They MUST PUT A SIGN OR PROPER DIRECTIONS BECAUSE ITS IMMPOSIBLE TO FIND ! That’s a MUST ! Terrible to find but once you find it in a small corner street it’s amazing and easy to find

The location next to San Marco and view from room is to die for. The luxury inside the suite is unmatched. All top notch items and plenty of extras, Sauna room in the apartment! Also they arranged for a free tour to the Murano island including private boat.

The main picture that shows terrace restaurant looking over the Basilica isn’t really actual, that doesn’t exist. Also even though have an electric stove in the kitchenette, there was no utensils that can be used and no hot water kettle and no microwave. These are basic amenities for an apartment/suite. Also it is really expensive.

This room was very nice big a spacious, the bathrooms was a bid odd since the master suite only had a tub and the second bathroom was far from the second bedroom. The bathrooms were extremely clean and luxurious. The suite had a sauna, and the breakfast was delivered to the suite every morning. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was very helpful. The location is superb.

The entrance to the hotel is secluded and not impressive and it is very noisy. The hotel did offer earplugs, The decor is very outdated and the pillows were very flat. The location of the bathrooms and the fact that the master bathroom only had a bathtub. They could do better with the beds and decor.

The apartment was fantastic. Plenty of space for us to spread out. The staff were all very polite and helpful, they answered all our needs. The breakfast was terrific and we were given much more than we expected. Location could not be better for visiting all the attractions around Piazza San Marco. It was such a bonus to be able to pop out and visit the Basilica, Doge's Palace or the Campanile and then pop back to our apartment to cool down from the heat! Absolutely amazing, balcony overlooked San Marco square , we had an apartment which was great. Chill time was people watching and listening to fabulous music all from our balcony . Breakfast served in our room every morning. Only order one potion of everything as enough for two
