Very large bed and all what is needed for the comfortable stay, very clean. There was also a balcony. In the bathroom, I liked the illuminated shelf for cosmetics in the shower cabin (see the photo). Air condition was very silent. Very friendly staff.

The fridge was so packed with mini-bar offer that I could not even put my reusable water bottle in. For breakfast, scrambled eggs were very dry. Larger choice of hot dishes (changing from day to day?) would be nice. One more comment: I did not mind, but I had ants in my room. I could find few of them each day, mainly on the desk (?!)...

Found the hotel a little on the lower end of a 4 star. Breakfast was good but lacked choice. Rooms were of a good size but our bathroom was a little dated and could do with a refresh. Lido has a nice beach, we ate at the pizza restaurant next door what was excellent. Beautiful sky at night. A water taxi day pass is useful as can be used from the mainland and also to get to Murano and Burrano. We bought a 1 day pass that is active for 24 hours so also got us back to the main island to catch the train in Santa Lucia the following morning. Plenty of busses from the water taxi station to get you to a stop a short walk from the hotel. We used one of the beach cabins. Pricy at €120 but worth it for the day.

Slightly dated in parts and felt the price did not reflect the standard offered but would I stay again….yes if I had a discounted rate.

Excellent hôtel, value for money, if you like to be away from the hustle bustle of mainland Venice. It was nice to have the contrast; to be able to get away to somewhere relaxing, peaceful much less touristy in the evenings and in the day we did all the attractions. The 72 hour bus and boat ticket covers the Lido as well so all transport was covered though we enjoyed walking in to catch the boat everyday which was a 25 minute walk from the Hotel. Very lovely staff, clean and smart rooms, very nice food.

The only thing I will say is we found it difficult to locate the hotel the first evening we arrived because it was getting dark and the sign was a red slightly faded banner. No lights indicating a hotel and the front of the building wasn’t facing the road, so we walked past it several times.

Very nice welcome, we were shown to our room and had courtesy drinks brought up 5 minutes later. Staff were extremely accommodating and always very friendly. Beachfront location and short walk from nearest bus station. Can hire bikes directly from hotel Euro 15 per day and the island is so flat it's easy to explore by bike.

We took a taxi twice to the ferry port (about 1 mile) first time Euro 10 second time Euro 18 so not very consistent and quite expensive for a mile - we did this once because it was heavy rain and second time as had early start to get back to airport both were avoidable. Highly recommend the 3 day pass which covers all ferries and bus routes for Euro 45 per person.

Excellently located on Venice's Lido, only seconds walk from the beach and ocean. Balcony with an ocean view. Lovely staff, got greeted with a Bellini on the house delivered to our room after late-evening check-in. Breakfast crew was sweet and attentive, excellent coffees! Buffet had everything you could wish for. Some shelves in the shower would be ideal to place shower gel, shampoo, etc within reach of the shower head side.

No private beach package. 30 euros per day for a single person to rent the umbrella and sun lounger. No shower room available on departure. Building work replacing ground floor windows for 3 days. Noise was unbearable. I request to be reimbursed for this. The receptionist was very rude when confronted. She said she is not a hostage to booking. Com. She stated that most people would be on the beach normally! They should have notified you of work being carried out, I would just have stayed for a shorter period.

Very clean facility and room. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We rented their bikes for the day for 15 euros - had a great ride out to the pier. Location was great in terms of walkability to local restaurants and any needs you might have - pastry, fruit, wine, etc. Local wine in the fruit and vegetable store was only 4.50 euros a bottle.

The Cabanas and the chairs and tables are expensive to book. 30 to 100 euros for the day. We managed without them. If we had had a full sun day we likely would of booked one.

our room was beautiful ...we didn't ask for a room with a view but we still had a beach view ...our breakfast was very good plenty of choice the beach was closer then we expected but unfortunately it was being cleaned up so we could not avail of it

There was no kettle in the room we had to ask for milk and hot water to have tea in the room ...the staff were very accommodating but it mean't we had to disturb them ...we had to catch an early flight it would have been nice to have a fresh sandwhich instead of the packaged dried toasts ...and a piece of fruit as we had paid for our breakfast in the price ...

Location amazing the staff are so welcoming and gracious .. we were greeted by Silvino on arrival he set the tone for our whole trip ..hotel spotless so comfortable rooms are cleaned everyday beautiful breakfast great value for money the hotel has a beachfront you have two holidays in one with this location just a short hop over to Venice attractions perfect 10

Everything! The staff at this place is kind, generous, helpful, and friendly. Their smiling faces were the best way to start and end each day; they really made the stay better. The room was a 3rd-floor king bed facing the beach, and it was perfect. The bed is comfortable and there are plenty of pillows and a couple chairs and a table. It’s spotlessly clean. We got married on the beach in front of the cabanas, and it was magical. The staff helped coordinate with our wedding planner. The breakfast buffet every morning had anything you’d want - eggs, bacon, yogurt, granola, meats/cheeses, fruit, pastries, and all drinks. The staff will help with where to eat, how to work transportation, and questions about activities.
