Perfect location, short walk to the centre of Venice but far enough that the area is peaceful at night. Not far from the water taxi station either. Staff were so friendly and very helpful, they had turned the aircon off for winter but we were very hot in the night and they quickly got a fan to us to make us more comfortable. Hotel breakfast was plenty to choose from and we really enjoyed and found it good value for money. The room was very clean and was cleaned everyday of our stay. It was my birthday during our stay and I was left a card and some sweets which was such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The room was spacious, clean and had two good size windows overlooking the street that brought in a lot of daylight and the essence of Venice. The service was very good as everything we asked was provided to us by the front desk. Also, the area was very quiet so we enjoyed our sleep. The hotel is set next to a canal at the edge of the Canarregio residential district that is off the tourist route but still at walkable distance to all the main attractions, very close to Rialto, 10 min walk from San Marco and the areas on the other bank of the Grand Canal. Also, very close to the Fontamenta Nove where the Alilaguna vaporetti drop you off form the airport.

Breakfast area wasnt lit very well and was not that enjoyable to stay there for coffee and breakfast. Breakfast wasnt included in our booking so we prefered having this outside of the hotel. Still good variety.

The location of the hotel was perfect - quiet and off the beaten track but close to most of the sites, many restaurants and cafes and the Fondamente Nove for trips to the islands and easy route to and from the airport. The room was spacious and had a great view of the canal; the bed was very comfortable, and it was great to have a nicely appointed seating area.

The breakfast was a little off the mark - sometimes there was only tinned fruit rather than fresh and the coffee machine did not provide the quality or variety of coffee I would have hoped for. No one asked us if we would like something cooked off the menu or a cappuccino etc. There was no kettle in the room, so we were unable to make a cup of tea occasionally, which would have been welcome.

Reception staff were great. Room was beautiful and even better than expected. The balancing overlooking the canal was gorgeous. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily come back.

Unfortunately, the organisation of breakfast on one of the days was pretty diabolical. Perhaps this was a one off but there were guests, including us, waiting for plates, food etc to come out. Thankfully, we had time and could wait otherwise this would have been a big problem. However, I am sure this was a one off as the day before it was excellent.

The rooms are beautiful, the blonde lady on reception was very, very helpful and kind! She showed us a map of the best places to eat and see when we checked in. They offered milk alternatives for coffee, which was great! The location was brilliant, in a quiet corner on a canal and they stored our luggage after check out.

The breakfast was a bit average, but still good. Some issues with drainage in the bathroom, however, we were in venice so that is probably normal and its no biggie!

The room’s interior was excellent, blending style and comfort perfectly. The entire building is old and rich in history, yet beautifully maintained, cozy, and inviting. The view from the windows is breathtaking, like a scene from a postcard. The location is easily accessible, though slightly remote from the main attractions.

The breakfast menu is limited, with very few options for hot dishes. What I really disliked was that breakfast is limited to 45 minutes, and you are required to book a time slot the day before.

I really like the hotel ambience, the room, the conditioner work very well, so after the hot weather it was wonderful to come to the chilled room. Also I really thanks to the staff of the hotel, especially to the administrators. They help me with every my question and were very friendly! The place of the hotel is fine, in the quiet place, i like it. So, i advice to choose and visit this hotel.

The only thing i didn’t like it’s the breakfast. The choice of food was so scarce, so after breakfast i felt like i want to have one more breakfast with a good cup of coffee. The coffee on breakfast from the coffee machine is awful.

The hotel was perfect. the location suited our needs as a small family, slightly sat away from the main hustle and bustle, but only a quick 10 minute walk to the rialto bridge, which was beautiful. The reception team were welcoming and helpful. We opted for breakfast. The breakfast was fresh and exactly what was needed ahead of a busy day. The room was perfect, with 2 large windows overlooking the canal. The decor and facilities exceeded my expectations. Would recommend this hotel.

This is a diamond of a place and we loved it. We rented a suite for 4 nights which gave our kids (4 and 6) a separate room with a sofa bed. The room(s) had some character to it and were large which was great. Views from our suite were directly over the canal and it was far enough away from the touristy bits to be quiet, but a mere 3-4 minute walk and you were in the hustle and bustle of Venice. You could pretty much walk anywhere due to the central location and it was only a short public water taxi ride to the airport so location was nigh on perfect. Lots of nice restaurants locally without getting ripped off. Breakfast was done in 45 minute shifts from 0730 due to the limited size of the dining room but this didn't detract from the food which was fresh and delicious. The reception staff were amazing and really happy to help with all the questions we had about local transport etc. If I were going to Venice again I would definitely stay here. Location, staff, room, views, food etc, everything was amazing.

It’s unbelievable hotel, very beautiful, centrally located and hidden from the noisy crowd, with the view on the canal and a beautiful architecture inside and outside. And the most important is the service, we were welcomed with the super friendly lady who was on the reception- Neda, she also spoke German. Her welcoming smile made us also smiling. My boyfriend had his birthday on the day of check in and we got an early check in and even a room upgrade with fantastic 360 view on the canal and on the beautiful roofs), with a bottle of champagne waiting in our room to celebrate a special occasion. The breakfast was delicious, they also have a tea / coffee time with croissants from 3pm to 7pm (I think it’s a special and very warm Italian hospitality gesture). I can’t find words to describe how we were happy staying in this hotel! Thank you for everything and we will be happy to come back again.
