- friendly and accommodating staff - very quiet rooms - I didn't hear anything from the street or other guests - in-house restaurant (however works only until 23, no 24/7 room service) - iron and ironing board in the room - free toiletries upon request - easy access with the taxi and car (e.g. in some parts of city center and especially old town, taxis cannot take you all the way to the door)

- Dirty windows - It is a little walk away from the city center (10min), but location is good if you are staying at a commercial center - The floor in the bathroom hurts the feet and socks get "stuck" - hotel should at least give slippers - very small TV - no full bright lighting in the room - cheap (dove) shampoo and shower gel, no body cream

Breakfast was delicious,nice room,great location. Complimentary ice cream for kid.

We forgot kids toys in hotel room knowing they are or drawer and went back for them 2 h after checkout, ,but receptionist called someone to check and said that toys are not found in room drawer. It was very disappointing for kid. She called us again when we have left country and said that they are found,but we're not ready to drive 4 h to pick them up. In the end all was good as manager Lina was very nice and helped to find solution how to get toys to our country.

My work partner laptop was stolen from his room

This hotel is very nice, with spacious rooms and comfy beds. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the city center. The breakfast is diverse and delicious, offering a wide range of options. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or questions.

My room had a door that seemed to connect to the next room, but it was locked. The lock and handle appeared to be functional, but the door was additionally secured from the other side. I would have liked to confirm that it was also locked from my side, but I couldn't. Additionally, the room could use a bit more lighting; it was a bit too dark at night.

A very good selection of food for breakfast. Check-in was smooth and early check-in was allowed for me. The staff are friendly and professional and the location of the hotel is very good, being a walking distance away from the old town and other attractions. Public transport access is very good as there are two bus stops near the hotel which provide services both to the city centre and the airport. The room and lavatory were very clean and spacious, and free toothbrushes and toothpaste can be obtained from the front desk if needed.

I feel that an issue was the lack of a shower curtain for the bathtub, and water may escape and make the lavatory floor wet easily. Additionally, I found the idea of the television speakers being connected to the lavatory quite unusual, though it may be a common occurrence locally.

Nice, very new looking hotel. Very modern and friendly design room. Second time we stayed there we were unexpectedly upgraded to executive floor (where we stayed the first time). The breakfast was almost fantastic (the variety of food was great). Very good bedding. Children stay for free.

We were a bit confused with how to switch off the light in the bathroom, which has glass walls. The toilet doesn't have a lock. During peak time of breakfast we noticed a little lack of some products.

The hotel is very cosy and there were tens of gorgeous Finnish design Secto-lamps all over which made it even more attractive. Breakfast was very rich with both salty and sweet delicasies and the best part were the local cheesies. We got our room uppgraded even though we did not ask for it. The location of the hotel was also very nice, distance to old town was short and the big shopping centers were on walking distance. I would very much like to back to this hotel when visiting Vilnius again some time.

The only little thing that annoyed was that on breakfast only 2 coffee machines available which caused a queue.

The staff was very friendly AND professional, the food was very good

what I didn't like was that in order to have heat in the room, you have to call the reception and ask for their permission, even though it was a few degrees outside and we were freezing in the room. From the room you could not turn on or adjust the heat.

The water in the shower was changing temperature by itself. You can regulate the preferred temperature, but suddenly the water changes to either boiling hot or cold. Another thing was about the A/C; I was told at the reception that they turn on the A/C only during the season, like summer, even though it was the middle of April and the temperature outside was 26 degrees Celsius.

Great location convenient to bus stop to/from airport just over the Green Bridge. Close to a couple of shopping centres and lots of food choices. About 10-12 min walk to Cathedral Square. Lots of choice for breakfast, staff very friendly & helpful. Great value for money.

As you are on the North side of the Neris River near to the New Town / Business District, be aware that all the sights / museums are on the South side of the river in the Old town so you will have to walk quite a bit to see everything.
