My work partner laptop was stolen from his room

A very good selection of food for breakfast. Check-in was smooth and early check-in was allowed for me. The staff are friendly and professional and the location of the hotel is very good, being a walking distance away from the old town and other attractions. Public transport access is very good as there are two bus stops near the hotel which provide services both to the city centre and the airport. The room and lavatory were very clean and spacious, and free toothbrushes and toothpaste can be obtained from the front desk if needed.

I feel that an issue was the lack of a shower curtain for the bathtub, and water may escape and make the lavatory floor wet easily. Additionally, I found the idea of the television speakers being connected to the lavatory quite unusual, though it may be a common occurrence locally.

This hotel is very nice, with spacious rooms and comfy beds. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the city center. The breakfast is diverse and delicious, offering a wide range of options. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or questions.

My room had a door that seemed to connect to the next room, but it was locked. The lock and handle appeared to be functional, but the door was additionally secured from the other side. I would have liked to confirm that it was also locked from my side, but I couldn't. Additionally, the room could use a bit more lighting; it was a bit too dark at night.

The hotel is very cosy and there were tens of gorgeous Finnish design Secto-lamps all over which made it even more attractive. Breakfast was very rich with both salty and sweet delicasies and the best part were the local cheesies. We got our room uppgraded even though we did not ask for it. The location of the hotel was also very nice, distance to old town was short and the big shopping centers were on walking distance. I would very much like to back to this hotel when visiting Vilnius again some time.

The only little thing that annoyed was that on breakfast only 2 coffee machines available which caused a queue.

Great location convenient to bus stop to/from airport just over the Green Bridge. Close to a couple of shopping centres and lots of food choices. About 10-12 min walk to Cathedral Square. Lots of choice for breakfast, staff very friendly & helpful. Great value for money.

As you are on the North side of the Neris River near to the New Town / Business District, be aware that all the sights / museums are on the South side of the river in the Old town so you will have to walk quite a bit to see everything.

The staff was very friendly AND professional, the food was very good

what I didn't like was that in order to have heat in the room, you have to call the reception and ask for their permission, even though it was a few degrees outside and we were freezing in the room. From the room you could not turn on or adjust the heat.

The water in the shower was changing temperature by itself. You can regulate the preferred temperature, but suddenly the water changes to either boiling hot or cold. Another thing was about the A/C; I was told at the reception that they turn on the A/C only during the season, like summer, even though it was the middle of April and the temperature outside was 26 degrees Celsius.

This is a review from my colleague. Everything was very good! Room design - bright & positive emotions even on a gloomy & foggy autumn morning! If there is a good football match at your stadium in Vilnius, If this ever happens - me , my son's family , my daughther's & both grandsons will definitely visit it & choose your hotel for the night. I am former football player for the LV student women's national team. We are looking forward to football in Vilnius!

The hotel was clean and had the best location for me. Breakfast had so much variety of foods, even sweet cakes were so good. Love it. Also, the cleaning was good and fast. No problem during check-in or check-out. Fast and polite. Definitely will choose it next time I visit Vilnius. Everything is good with cold or hot water.

There were some minor details like there were no shoes for the bathroom when I asked reception they said that they didn't have them but a cleaner lady gave them to me when I asked for them. I don't know why they informed me about it, but okay.

This is amazing place to stay in Vilnius. There are a lot of little things that the hotel has thought of so you can fully relax. Additionally, the location is perfect - just walking distance from old town and other wonderful attractions. You can leave your car with them (which is a bonus comparing to hotels in the old town). And highlight of course is the staff there - they are very thoughtful, kind and supportive. People in Vilnius truly care about others - Thanks!
