The room was very spacious and very clean. The location was excellent. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The fresh orange juice at breakfast was gorgeous and the coffee was very good. The staff at breakfast were great if something ran out they replaced it.

The safe in the room didnt work. I did mention we were staying for a 50th birthday and thought a little touch in the room to mark the occasion would have been nice, like a bottle of wine or some chocolate - but maybe thats not something that is done in Spain. Also would be amazing to have an option of freshly cooked eggs like poached or fried.

The location was excellent, close to the center, transportation, walking to the Guggenheim and old parts of town. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was a 8 out of 10 for me.

The breakfast was good, lovely fresh fruit, excellent oats, seeds/nuts and plain yogurt and plenty of other choices. Coffee very good. Staff very helpful and very convenient baggage storage when we arrived too early. Room on 4th floor very quiet and dark and there was a very useful reading light. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. Also liked the way the duvet could be removed easily if too hot. Hotel in perfect position for us.

The room needed some drawers. The sliding doors did not operate very well. Being British visitors we would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea. Nice lighting in the room but hopeless for putting on makeup - no mirror near the natural light of the window.

I loved the rooms, Simple and functional, the bathroom was Big enough and everything was clean.

The location of the hotel was not suitable for my destinations to near Guggenheim museum and bus station. It is very near the old centre, so if you aim at that, the hotel is perfect. In my case it was a Little off track (I was not on holiday in Bilbao, so Long morning and afternoon Walls were a slight annoyance). But anyways, the City is super walkable so if you are a tourist, this should not be a problem. The bed mattrasses Will need a change soon, but again, this was not a critical thing.

We had not booked breakfast but on arrival they informed us of a special deal for breakfast, we had breakfast one day and there was a great choice of food and drinks. There is an outdoor sitting area which is very relaxing, staff on reception were very nice. Hotel is in a great location.

Our room was 214, the window into the sitting area did not open so room got very warm. There was building work going on, not sure if in hotel or beside but there was a lot of noise during the day

Location excellent in center of city with access within a minute walk to city shops, bars & restaurants. Rail, metro and bus hubs all so easy from here (including train to beaches if you fancy a combo city and beach holiday) Large room, with modern bright decor that is well maintained so was ideal for a 6 night stay. Has good AC and windows you can open wide too.

There is no evening atmosphere or bar on offer in hotel really but everything is so close that you have options. Shower was the weak link in room

10 minute walk from square where aerport bus dropped us off. Reception staff extremely efficient and welcoming. Room was very quiet, spacious and clean. Safe, fridge and all toiletries provided. Buffet breakfast had sufficient variety. Fresh fruits, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, nice coffee and teas as well fresh orange juicing machine. Check out up to 12 noon.

Bedside lamp had additional small led light that could not be switched off at all. Did not appear to be extractor in internal bathroom. No tea/coffee making facility in room.

The location is exceptional, and the room was not only brand new but also very well-equipped. Although the mattress was softer than I prefer, the bed itself was generously sized and quite comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offers a garage for parking, which is very convenient.

The layout of the hotel is a bit unusual, with the reception located on the second floor, which might feel a bit awkward initially. Additionally, the lobby does not meet the typical expectations of a 4-star establishment. However, the hotel does feature a comfortable common area near the breakfast room, which adds a nice touch to the overall setting.

At breakfast time the tables were a bit too close together and when busy other guests were constantly up and down to the buffet understandably but it meant it wasn't that relaxed or leisurely and experience. Quality of the orange juice at breakfast wasn't up to the usual standard and the juicing machine was not operating for the length of time we stayed

The location is amazing, safe area and close to everything. My double room was big and spacious, even the bathroom too. It had everything I needed for a week. The view was also nice towards the street. The room had a double bed, a desk for working, a coffee table and seating area, mini fridge, tv and wardrobe. I really liked the lighting. Delicious breakfast. They had room cleaning every day.

The bathroom, even if it had a great size, was a bit poorly arranged, the toiled was really close to the sink and it did not have enough space around it. The walls are a also a tiny bit too thin, so sometimes the neighbouring rooms could be heard. But nothing too bad.
