This hotel was perfect for our needs, great breakfast, kids liked the pool & the breakfast was good. Overall the room had everything we needed for a great stay. We all slept good. All staff we encountered were very polite & made sure we were doing good.

The outlet in our room had an extended plug & it wasn't the safest as it jiggled & even the plug ins didn't stay in the best if hit only a little. The rooms could be better updated, like a new coat of paint, etc

My family appreciated the close proximity to Custer State Park. Although we only stayed one night, our next trip we anticipate staying several days and using Custer as a base for additional outings.

The room never got below 69 degrees which made sleeping comfortably more of a challenge. Even turning the fan on the a/c unit to run full time more for noise than for temperature control, it stayed at 71 degrees.

Great place to stay. Being our second accommodation on the same street this one was much better. More breakie choices, car parking plentiful. The foldout bed was just okay, you couldn’t have adults on it for more than a couple of nights. Lobby staff were much friendlier too.

The breakfast choices were wonderful- thank you! I also thought the staff was so personable and helpful and honest.

The only issue was being on second floor with stairs for one of our rooms. We had one in our group that has knee issues, so I should have mentioned that when we booked maybe.

Staff was great. Especially the breakfast bar attendant. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The room was very convenient to access from parking area.

I felt like the room was overpriced. The ventilation system in the bathroom needs updated.

The hotel was conveniently located, and was very clean and comfortable. Despite being an outside-door room, it was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast offerings were very nice, and everything tasted great.

We really didn't have any complaints here.

Great location in Custer not too distant from Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, crazy horse and Wind Cave NP. Rooms were clean and breakfast was especially good. All of the staff were friendly and the staff for breakfast were really nice and attentive to the guests and having plenty of food available.

It felt like the room was a little cramped for a single King room. Everything was clean but would have been better slightly more space with comfortable seating other than on the bed.

Very well located motel near downton Custer with clean and spacious rooms. Our beds were comfortable and we could park right in front of our room. Breakfast was very good with free coffee available at all times. Staff was very friendly and helped immediately to fix the settings on the heating as it got a bit too cold the first night. Very great value for money for this place.

Heating didn't work properly the first night, but probably because we didn't turn on the settings correctly.

Front desk staff upon check in was upbeat and positive. I had questions about local events, available food options, and she was able to give good advice! Later, we received a text offering assistance as needed!! It felt like we were valued customers and not just another name on a page. VERY REFRESHING!!

We loved the temperature and wanted our windows open to enjoy. There were no screens allowing bugs inside.

Everything, location, room, bed the only thing is they did not have very many movie channels but other than that great place to stay. staff was super friendly, breakfast was delicious and fresh , room ewas comfortable.
