Good location in the old part of town that is going through regeneration. Close to train that goes into DC. The double room was spacious enough for one adult and two kids plus our many suitcases. Close to move theatre and some restaurants.

The room cleaning service - I was not informed at check-in that you had to book the day before by 5pm to have you room cleaned the following day. On the day that I did I was told the slots were full so for our entire stay (6 days) we didn't get access to fresh towels or room cleaning service.

The hotel is in a great location and is close to washington DC. The kids LOVED the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and when we arrived to the room, it was spotless.

We requested the room be cleaned (upon check in, we were advised that cleaning is upon request and after the 3rd day) we requested and it never happened. Upon check out, I was asked about my stay and informed the staff member of this, who then gave me a slight discount. I was satisfied with this.

This location is super convenient to Rockville Town Center. Parking is included and is under the building, which is convenient. You take one elevator to the lobby then another elevator to reach the floors with the rooms. The hotel is pet friendly which is very nice. The room was clean and well appointed. The shower pressure is strong...almost sand-blast strong, but invigorating. The room was quiet and comfortable and the beds and pillows were very nice. Will definitely stay again.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I was impressed with the aesthetics of the hotel lobby, bar/grille area and the floors had a sitting area on the level my room was on. I'm not sure if that's every level but it was a nice touch.

Because the rooms are so spacious, the TV is very far from the bed. I love that the rooms are spacious but I dislike the TV being so far away because I don't want to have to turn up the sound to hear the TV.

The location is amazing, very close to the metro station. Rockville is a very beautiful, clean and quiet city with plenty of places to visit. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Regal cinema. We stayed here for one night. Our room was exceptionally clean and quiet, the bed was so comfortable! I think I had the best sleep of my life, Linens were fresh and clean. My son was especially excited about the pool. The entire hotel has a modern and tasteful style. There are a few restaurants on the first floor of the building.

We were pleasantly surprised by our room, which was very spacious, clean and modern. We had a king room with a huge bathroom and big windows. And a good desk for working. There is a parking right next to the hotel, which charges $20 per night, with in-and-out access, which we found was quite affordable and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

I could not find enough information about the facilities of the hotel, the restaurants menu, the type of breakfast available! You need to ask about everything at the front desk. The staff were cooperative and responsive but I did not find that to be an efficient way.

the location was great! the room was spacious and nicely appointed. the bathroom was amazing and towels and toiletries were good.

Our bedroom was great except it had a weird smell. Like someone had eaten pizza or Fritos and left the trash in the room a long time. perhaps dog smell? Anyway, I always care room freshener in my luggage and it didn’t get rid of the odor. Perhaps the carpet or sofa needs a little freshening up? My husband’s side of the bed had a bit of odor on the outside coverlet. Again, like a dog or pizza box had been laying on it. The room seemed completely clean otherwise.

Everything went well. Our room was very spacious and very clean, location of the hotel was great, everything was in walking distance for example, cinema theater, Panera, Asian Food Hall, Starbucks and their town square . Staff was very helpful.

It's my first time in that hotel, it took alittle time to know which elevator to take for the parking garage, but no biggie. Everything else was great. We are actually going back in next month in July.
