Brilliant location close walking distance to the main train station making transfer and day trips easy. Also close to Lidl for getting supplies as well as a short walk to all the sights. We like to run and given most of the pavements in Catania are small or disappear it was fortunate the location meant we could run along the front area from the train station without having to battle with traffic. Kitchen meant we could sort ourselves out for breakfast and make lunch if required and store in fridge. Host was super friendly and responsive to messages and flexible on check in times.

Hot water took a while to get warm but it did get warm.

Simply amazing ! I cannot express how pleasant my stay has been, Fabio has gone above and beyond to make sure we were the most comfortable possible. Stayed one night with my wife for her bday and they decorated it for no extra charge with petals and a ‘I Love You’ message which contributed to a 10/10 experience. LOCATION is 10/10, you’re less than 10 mins walk away from the Via Etnea which is basically not only the centre but the heart of it. The place is EXTREMELY CLEAN, as you go in you can smell the a light detergent breeze all around the house, so that’s another 10/10 I could go on and on but to sum it up, Fabio (the owner) is a really kind man, that made my stay really special. Will definitely be back !

I did not stay long enough !

This place is one of the best B&B experiences ever. A spacious room is well-equipped with everything you need - conditioner, fridge, kettle. It is very clean, the room is cleaned up every day (not all 4 * hotels offer such service anymore). In the common kitchen there is a fridge and all the kitchen equipment necessarry for preparing breakfast. And kitchen has a lovely balcony! Despite the modest exterior of the building (Google Streetview) there is a clean inner courtyard with an concerge behind the gate. The landlords were very nice and helpful, they allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out until our departure. A great place!

Our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. The accommodation was clean, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. One of the biggest advantages was the great location — very close to both the city center and the main train and bus stations, which made getting around really convenient. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. They gave us great tips on how to spend our time in the city and recommended some fantastic places to eat. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again!

I liked the location - an easy walk from the train station and the street it is on goes straight to the main part of town (5-10min walk). The room was large with plenty of hanging space and power points. The bed was soft and comfortable; the bathroom and shower large - very nice. Everything very clean. The room faced the street which was a bit noisy but that window could be kept closed overnight as there was also a window facing the courtyard behind. Very nice staff. They provided info about good restaurants, bars etc. I was able to leave my luggage till the afternoon.

Breakfast was a voucher at the local bar - that was fine. There was also a common kitchen so you could prepare your own breakfast/meals. A city map would be useful.

The location was a bit out of the city center, the neighbourhood was not super clean but 15 minutes walking to the center. The station was closeby to go/come from the airport. The room was nice, clean, spacious and with a renovated bathroom. Be aware that the kitchen is shared between other rooms, we did not use it.

The landlord let us leave our luggage in the common areas while they were cleaning the room in the morning before the check in time. However, I would have preferred them to tell me in advance the check in would be at 14.00 instead of me waiting in the common area while they were cleaning the room since I would have organized my day differently. It is a minor detail that could be improved.

Located in a quiet street 2nd floor of an apartment block, great place to explore the city and for bus and rail stations, plenty of eateries within easy walking distance as well as mini markets. Hosts Valeria and Valerio were both very helpful and visited the property most days. Breakfast was available at a busy local bar with a great choice of sweet and savoury delicacies, we enjoyed trying out different ones each day. They also sold take out hot and cold food and we used the well equipped kitchen/dining area to eat in a couple of evenings.

Everything was as described.

The location was very ideal in regards to being close to the train and bus station ( they are next to each other at Central station). Additionally ,my excursion meeting point ( Mt Etna) was also just a 5 minute walk. It took an easy 15 minute walk to get to main center Piazza Duomo. Valeria the host also was super accommodating , I got there early she held my luggage , let me use restroom and texted me (WhatsApp) when room was ready, plus sent me a long itinerary of all the important sights to see. She had great recommendations. Nice view and air conditioner and bed Very comfortable. Also an elevator. Stayed here twice in between going to Siracusa , so glad I booked the same place.

Good advance communication and then nice welcome from the Host, followed with suggestions of where to eat. Clean and modern room with en-suite, perfect for my 3 night stay. My room had the sea view. Reasonably well located between the train / bus stations and the main town Via Etnea area.

Shared kitchen facility was well equipped but no food provided which others might expect from a "B & B", although it was clear in the details that it didn't include breakfast. Tricky to find the right doorbell as the property is one of about 40 in the building.

Great BnB share Stay was 5 days, kitchen use, balcony open space, off street entry secure, welcoming and responsive hosts V&V are wonderful with info and tips, cleaner came daily. 10 mins walk to Central Station for buses, trains, Flix is all there. 5 mins walk to start historic town with great squares and scenery. great base for transport to the other attractions and towns in the wider region. loved it
