I had a very pleasant stay here. Even though I arrived earlier than the usual check in time I was lucky to get the room with a guided self check in process. Matteo is very helpful. The lady who comes to clean is a very friendly even though we communicated using translator app. She is also very helpful. The location is great and it is very close to Catania Central station to take the train as well as Interbus, flix bus in case you need to travel to nearby cities. It is also walkable to the port if you want to take the ferry to Malta as the coach transfer to Pozzallo is from this port. The main attractions and guided tours are walkable from the property.

Absolutely perfect stay! I had a wonderful time at this apartment – everything was exactly as described, and even better! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was ideal – close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond and made me feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect holiday experience. I can’t wait to come back!

Loved the character of the room and b&b! Walking distance to Duomo and V. Emanuele, bus station and train station just 5min walk. Great for day trips! Several good eating places. Cleaned room every day. Just across the plaza was an awesome gelateria and pastry bar! Also Alibus stop was minutes away which made it very convenient!!

Everything was good. Maybe reinforce quiet time after 10 pm -7 am as some of the guests were noisy past midnight BUT no fault of the host.

The owner Matteo helped us whenever needed, rent a car info, restaurant recommendation. It was really easy to enter in the building, even if he was not there when we arrived, he opened all the doors. This B&B is really near to the old center, bus and train station so we could walk to get there. At the corner there is a bar, Costa cafe, we could took breakfast there, everything is really fresh and delicious. But in the kitchen from the B&B there were also things like water, milk, coffee, tea, cereals, fruits so you can just take from them. Our room was big and clean with a little balcony. Everything was perfect for our stay, I would choose it again if I go back to Catania 😊 Best wishes Matteo.

Lovely building and bright room. High ceiling, balcony and enough storage if needed. The room and bathroom were clean and the staff was really friendly, flexible and informative. Well located, near the station and in the centre. The lady who cleans was really friendly and helpful as well. Water & snacks available in the kitchen area if needed. And the host responds well in time. So sweet that some tenants whispered in the corridors to keep it down for others. Thank you so much!! Grazie mille!!

All was well, just the sink drain that need some fixing. Everything else was 👌.

Excellent location, walking distance from Catania Centrale railway station (which is 20 mins from the airport by bus, 1 hr train ride from Taormina). The historical centre is also about a 10 min walk away. The owner is kind, helpful and flexible, and easy to reach when you have a question. The shared kitchen offers a great variety of wrapped pastries, crackers, fruits, tea, coffee, bottled water for no extra charge, 24/7. There's a toaster, a double hob, coffee machine, a toaster oven, - but no microwave. Coffee shops and restaurants are literally around the corner, mini markets are maybe a 3 min walk from the place , and fancy bars and restaurants are also available in the centre. Wifi is stable, water is hot with nice pressure. The place is close to the see, but the area has more of an industrial dock vibe, so you cannot really have a nice walk by the shore near there. (For that, take the train to Taormina.)

Some people were having a great time partying in the building. (The noise stopped after we yelled out the window.)

Spacious room, clean, and the hotel staff was always friendly in their interactions. The apartment is well-located in Catania, with easy walking access to the city center. The breakfast offered is a real highlight compared to other establishments. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. If I had to choose accommodation in Catania again, I would pick the same place!

Perfect location, very helpful and kind host. The towels were very soft and clean. The place felt very secure within an apartment complex. Dog friendly. Appreciated the English Breakfast Tea!! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Nothing! If I stay here again I’d just message what time I expect to arrive as the host doesn’t live in the bnb (when I arrived I called to say I was outside and he came as quickly as possible, was only a 5 minute wait)

Great location. Close enough to the central station and walking distance to historical old town. Host were in constant communication via WhatsApp and check in went smoothly. Requested late check out and was given extra time with the possibility to leave bags to be collected later.

Great location not too far from the main train and bus stations. Great room and bathroom in an ancient apartment. Close to the city center

A bit noisy on week-end nights, not because of the place itself but because there is lot of traffic on the streets around the building
