It was the closest hotel to the airport.

I was new to this particular hotel. It was very important to be able to easily access the airport. I wrote to the property contact through booking application asking how to get to the hotel from airport terminal, no one responded to me. I am not sure who dropped the ball, booking.com or Hilton. It would be a lot easier if someone could drop a message with instructions to take the easiest route, that is go through the tube connecting to the departure terminal. On top of that, the booking.com also instructed us to take a taxi costing $65 to travel 1000 meters, which is outrageous. It’s a totally misleading advice. Why cannot booking or Hilton to put customer first instead of earning fees? I always liked booking.com but I have to say I am totally disappointed on this.

The signage could be better to walk to the hotel from the airport. Signs are there and then when you enter the train station they end. We asked and were misdirected. We walked out of our way. Please put landmarks and careful instructions on your website. It would make weary travelers grateful.

The Hilton Rome Airport is a convenient stopover for travelers who need to stay at the airport. It is very well connected to the parking areas, the car rental zone, and both the international and domestic terminals, with the option of a free shuttle or a convenient covered pedestrian walkway. The restaurant also allows departing guests to enjoy Roman cuisine of acceptable quality, considering the overall airport setting.

Given its function as an airport hotel, it offers overall reasonable standards compared with others in the same category. The price, of course, reflects the surcharge typically applied by airport hotels everywhere.

I was connecting in Rome to fly back to the U.S. The connecting walkable tunnel to/from the airport is a major feature for me. No shuttle, no cab - just walk to your terminal when ready. The hotel was spectacular. The staff was more than welcoming. As a Hilton Honors member they upgraded me to a newly renovated room which was top of the line in size, design and comfort. There was a Hilton Honors "conference" room where there was a chef that provided all different kinds of food and drinks at no cost. The next morning I had breakfast (included in my reservation) in the restaurant. The amount and different kinds of food were endless. The wait staff was more than accommodating. Clearly a top international hotel, with all the amenities (gym, pool, etc.) without losing the great flavor of Rome.

Can't think of a thing.

Breakfast was excellent. The location was extremely convenient because we were able to walk from the airport to the hotel on arrival and back to the airport for departure

The information given online should state the location of the two Hiltons,at Rome airport, more clearly. From what I read online the impression is sometimes given that both hotels are linked by a shuttle service. This caused some guests, ourselves included, to opt for the shuttle, and consequently arriving at the wrong Hilton. We were then redirected by shuttle back to the airport and shown the walkway to the correct hotel. There is also a need to improve the signage at Fiumicino airport regarding the location of the walkway as there is a distinct lack of information at the airport from airport staff.

We arrived at 7:00am after a 24 hour flight from Australia. Lorenzo very kindly organized us a room immediately, even though check-in doesn’t normally commence until 2:0pm. (Being a Hilton Honors member may have helped). The room was fitted out for a ‘disabled’ person but that was okay for us. The bed was superb. We had both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both were excellent. The hotel location is very convenient to the airport and train station, about 400m via a covered walkway.

The hotel is quite expensive but incredibly convenient, perfect for a short stopover in Rome.

This hotel is the perfect location to end a vacation in Italy. We had been travelling for 3 weeks. On the evening we stayed, we'd taken a fast train from Florence to Rome Termini, then another train to get to the airport, and easily walked to the hotel through the airport with moving ramps, etc. Could not have been more convenient. Room spacious and clean. Everything we needed. Next morning, easy walk to our terminal for early flight back to USA. Highly recommend!!

The many facilities available and accessible to customers and families

Late night access for people who arrive after midnight due to unforeseen circumstances as in late or delayed flights, particularly elderly people who don’t have alternative accommodation at that late hour, perhaps some area could be provided for them to stay/rest up until check in time, which could be upwards of 13 hours before they get to their room even after they have booked their room days in advance.such as was my case. I may also add that the person who was on the front desk was very helpful,no problem with her impeccable communication skills and polite attitude and assistance provided.

The fact that it’s directly connected to the airport makes it super convenient, especially for early morning flights or late arrivals. The rooms could be more spacious... but they are clean, and surprisingly quiet given the location. The staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. I also appreciated the on-site dining options and the fitness center, which made my short stay comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for convenience and comfort.

While the convenience of being directly connected to the airport is a major plus, the rugs in the hallways made it a bit challenging to maneuver my luggage. I had three suitcases thanks to a little shopping spree in Italy, and the thick carpet made it difficult to roll them all at once. I ended up making two trips to my room, which would have been much easier if the floors were a smooth surface. The shower doors opened in, which was odd, since they didn't allow easy in and out access to the tub.

In walking distance to airport. It’s clean and comfortable.

Very expensive. No free water bottle in the rooms. As we arrived at the hotel early afternoon we thought we would have a light meal and drinks at the bar before having dinner there. We were told that they don’t serve food in the bar after lunch and we would need to eat in the restaurant even though there was a small eats menu on the bar menu that was given to us. The restaurant is adjacent to where we were sitting and probably use the same kitchen. Also to hook into free wifi you have to join Hilton Honors or pay.
