Great location right in the center of the old town. So nice having water and coffee in the apartment when we arrived. Teresa was also very helpful, kind and welcoming :)

A bit of a walk to the apartment but well worth it!

Warm welcome by Theresa. Fantastic location in the heart of Matera. Received very clear instructions the day before for parking and reaching the accomodation. This was perfect for our 1 night stay- thank you so much Theresa.

Didn't affect us but there is an additional charge if you use the kitchen...just so you are aware.

We like the place. It's clean, spacious,in perfect location, and with nice atmosphere of Matera. Host was nice and helpful. There was good coffee in the house and all facilities. Highly recommend.

Everything was great

Great location in the old town. My family enjoyed the split level layout. We were able to gain early access to our room, which was much appreciated.

Very comfortable, clean and conveniently located in Matera, Sassi. Teresa met me in a convenient piazza and walked me to the property.

Locating p parking is an issue. I understand parking can be challenging anywhere in Italy, but on street parking for a 2+ day stay is not my favorite.

The apartment was spotless and comfortable, located in the heart of the sassi area and easy to locate. The owner of the property was friendly and helpful and lives next door so was easy to contact.

Mattress was a bit too soft

Simple apartment in a stone house with excellent location in a quieter part of the old town. The apartment is just a few minutes from all the main sights and the entrance to the nature park. It is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the street. The room was clean, the owner very nice - she only speaks Italian, yet there was no problem to communicate. Excellent value for money.

The views were amazing!

I loved everything! just be aware you have to carry your luggage up from road many steps but our gracious hostess helped us.
