This hotel is one of the best options in Naples for the price offered. The rooms are nice, and the reception staff was supportive and kind.

The hotel is located in the same building as the Marine Terminal, but be aware that if you have large bags, you'll need to walk 100-200 meters to reach the entrance. The internet connection in the room was unstable. There's a penalty fee if you lose your plastic room key card, which I found a bit unusual. The breakfast was okay, though not exceptional, and the reception area is quite small and can get crowded.

You'll feel at home in this modern establishment, with its convenient and comfortable facilities. The view of the road is baroque; I hope passersby don't see the customers from outside. The bathroom's decorative lighting is fun. A special mention goes to the kettle, which I finally found in a hotel. The hotel's decoration, with its skulls, refers to the cults of Naples, I suppose, otherwise it's a disturbing pop art.

You're the only hotel I've ever stayed at that explicitly prohibits bringing food into your room: how do you think I eat and drink in the evening after exhausting days of walking? Besides, prohibiting bringing your date, for example, into your room is a necessarily disappointing directive for a solo traveler. Then, the difficulty of accessing the hotel at night, due to the closed Marina barriers, is impractical. Finally, the breakfast staff could avoid asking for our room number several times.

Perfect location at the maritime station, shuttle bus to and from the airport and railway station , stop is right outside hotel, 2 min walk. 5 euros flat fare pay on bus. Lovely deluxe room, we were given free upgrade. Nice quiet bar.

Coffee was the only disappointment, instant coffee in the room and nescafe machine at breakfast.

We chose this location as it is at the port of Naples. So, it was convenient for us for boarding our ship. The breakfast every morning was good for us all. The room had plenty of space for a family of four was very comfortable for the hot days in the summer. We were allowed a late check out for a small fee.

For a "smart" hotel, they do lack some systems synergies to help reduce the friction a customer experiences. We had to duplicate the check in process (once in advance and then again in person). The on-site restaurant makes you take your bill to the check in desk to reconcile manually to pay - which seemed odd for a "smart" hotel. There are number of things that are "FORBIDDEN" which I thought was kind of cheeky.

Quadruple room was very spacious with separation in the middle for privacy. Bed very comfortable. All very clean. Breakfast had good variety but could do with more vegetarian options as there wasnt much for vegetarian other than pastries. Location is excellent in the port, close to the city centre and well-connected by buses. Alibus is direct to/from the airport and stops right outside the hotel and runs every 15mins. We had a lovely view from our room of the port water and ships.

The eggs at breakfast were cold and were from the previous day. The two guys refused to change them and walked off talking, but the lovely lady understood and brought us freshly boiled eggs. The coffee was terrible at breakfast from the machine and tasted rancid. Also we got told off for putting an empty pizza box outside the room door which felt a bit unnecessary and rude, they could have just binned it instead of knocking on the door and creating a fuss.

The room is spacious and the hotel is nicely located right in the port, so it is great choice if you have an early morning ship or what to take a ferry to Amalfi or the islands. In the room you have all the necessary facilities, even including Alexa speaker. The hotel is well maintained and the room is clean. All you need is there. The bed was amazingly nice

The breakfast was somewhat mediocre, but pretty good anyway. Also, the door is quite thin, so you can hear everything that was happening at the reception, same goes for the window, since it is sort of a joint window with the next room, when someone was opening it from the other room, you could hear it very well. But in general all was good.

Perfect stay in Napoli!! If your destiny is the Amalfi coast, you can easily take the ferry from Beverello Port in less than a 5 min walk. Best area to stay, especially in summer. The central area of Napoli is definitely worse!! Super clean, confortable new hotel!! Great breakfast! Would definitely stay there again!

Just be aware that the hotel is located inside the port and there was not a clear entrance sign. Arriving late at night from the airport was fine, as the Alibus stops right next to it, but we had to guess the way there, and the security guy had to open the port gate for us to get in.

The breakfast was amazing! The room had everything we needed to be comfortable, and the beds weren’t too hard. Hotel is close to the area where you meet to go on a tour to Capri. There’s a paid parking close by but a little expensive. The cheaper parking was too far to walk for us. You can watch the cruise ships come in from the room window, but the windows were pretty sound resistant so you were not disturbed by the activity going on around the hotel.

The food in the bar area was just ok. My pesto pasta had uncooked pasta pieces in the bowl. The pizza tasted good but was previously frozen. The cheese platter was 30 and was ok.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, perfectly located right at the port, with an amazing view of the cruise ships coming and going. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, and one detail I especially loved was the color-changing lights in the bathroom—such a fun and modern touch! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Since we had an early flight, they kindly arranged a taxi for us and even prepared breakfast bags to take with us—such thoughtful service! We left feeling very happy with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Naples.

It is an excellent choice for Naples. I was initially not very enthousiastic with the hotel when i booked it due to the "port" location. However, it proved to be excellent choice. It is located in the cruise terminal, always guarded by police, parking outside the hotel (not hotel managed, costs 30,00 euro per day 00:01-23:59, or 3 EURO per hour, be careful if you leave the car before 00:00 you will be charged 30 EURO for both days). The hotel is very clean, spacy rooms and nicely decorated. Breakfast is not super for 4* but has quite good coffee and choices of savory and sweet. it is 10 minute walk for Via Toledo, easy walking distance with large pedestrian area and even a nice modern tunel with auto corridor leading to metro, (Do not be afraid of taking the underway passage to walk to the center. Overall great choice as it is a hotel and not B&B.

Bathroom shower maintenance could be improved and it needs to be careful while taking the shower because the water easily runs out of the shower.
