he hotel's location is ideal, within walking distance of most of Rome's historic sites. I thoroughly enjoyed everything about my stay—the excellent service, spotless cleanliness, and friendly staff. The next time I visit Rome, I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again!

It's difficult to point out anything I didn’t like about this hotel because I truly appreciated everything during my stay. It wouldn’t be fair to mention negative aspects when none exist.

Everything was wonderful. We were welcomed with a glass of Prosecco and some water. The hotel was beautiful, staff went above and beyond. Roof top view was beyond beautiful, fun relaxing and great bar and food service. Room was spotless and the best shower ever! Bed very comfy. No back ache in the am. The food for breakfast was great it included hot food, plus a buffet with an enormous selection of fresh foods and Prosecco and cappuccinos. The location was perfect. We walked to the Trevi Fountain, the Coliseum, the Pantheon and all the restaurants' shops and fun in between was only 5 to 15 minutes away by foot. We arranged a driver to pick us up through the hotel in advance. Our connecting flight was delayed 4 hours and the staff at the hotel was right on it. Reassuring us every step of the way that we would have a driver waiting for us at the airport holding up a sign with our name on it, when we finally made it to our destination the driver who was dressed in a suit, was there and he and escorted us to a Mercedes van and drove us to the hotel. This was such a relief. Especially after a long flight from the US to Germany then to Rome. If ever in Rome again we will most certainly be back again and we will tell all of our friends and co-workers what a fantastic hotel the H10 indeed truly is. Thank you H10 we love you!!!!

Everything was perfect.

We went out on the streets to find quick breakfast. The staff very friendly and helpful. Great picks of restaurants. The staff was helpful and fun to chat with. Location was outstanding for our purposes to cover a bunch of tours etc. Fun spot lots goin on. Rooms vey comfortable and covered out needs. My compliments to the staff - friendly , Helpful and fun to chat with. A special part of trip was to visit once again a beautiful Mosaic gallery - Mosaic of Lastrucci. We have two of their wonderful pieces.

The roof top bar was under repair so no great viewing as presented in the pictures. Can be some what noise outside with all the traffic and people action.

everything about this hotel is incredible: it’s well-located, the design is gorgeous, the bed - super comfortable, rooms are quiet, and the staff are attentive beyond everything! we were celebrating my mom’s birthday, and they brought us a complementary bottle of prosecco. they also had nice treats/souvenirs for easter. and their roof terrace is just unmatched, it’s gorgeous up there! so whenever i’m coming back to Rome, i’m staying here again, no question about it.

we didn’t even look at 30 eur breakfasts when there are plenty of bakeries around where you can get anything for around 10 ;) but up to you

We stayed there for 2 night around mid February. We reserved Superior Queen Room, and or stay was wonderful. The check in staff were nice and accommodating. The man who helped us with our luggage was smiling and greeting us warmly. The room was also very comfortable and clean with lovely style and warm colors. The room’s space was adequate, and the washroom had great space with huge mirror in the sink area with LED lights. They had also provided luxury products for soaps and shampoo with beautiful smell. Also, everyday they put new complimentary bottle of water, which was generous. The gym area was also great and clean with sufficient equipment. Finally, the location is within walking distance to many main areas. Highly recommended!

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was amazing - so close to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and lots more. I was worried about the busy road but we didn't hear it when we were inside. We loved the decor of the hotel and our room, with really nice toiletries. The roof bar was a bonus - incredible views right across the city, with nice cocktails. We also really enjoyed breakfast - nice buffet selection as well as hot food.

For the price, I felt that our room was a bit small. Also the roof terrace could do with a few extra touches to make it feel more special, and we personally didn't love their music choice but that's subjective!

On the last day of our stay, we did not get help from one of the ladies at front desk. We needed their help to change our train time and figure out if the road would be closed in front of the hotel and she seemed very disinterested to help. I gave her the number for train Italia and asked her if she could talk to them in Italian and help us change the train time as I had a flexible fare ticket which allowed change until 2 hours before travel. She said the number doesn’t exist. But when I got to the room, I called the number and was able to change tickets. Apart from that one not so pleasant experience, everything and everyone in the hotel were great!

Location was brilliant, short walk to the Trevi fountain and historic monuments. Great view of the national monument, or wedding cake. We walked to most places but we once got the reception desk to order us a taxi to the Vatican due to time, came really quickly and a good price too. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, from reception staff to porters. All of them understood our English. Loved the room, beautifully clean and comfortable. Lots of storage and a great shower. Definitely would recommend it, and next time I am in Rome, I will be going there again.

I liked everything

The location of this hotel, for us, was excellent. It truly is within walking distance of a lot of the main attractions, such as Fontana di Trevi, the Colosseum and everything in between. I was worried about noise when I first saw that my room was on the main street, but the windows and walls kept the noise to a minimum. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced in a hotel! I've stayed in every room, from cheap, off-the-highway motels to 5-star "Leading Hotels of the World," this bed beat them all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, and the rooftop lounge had some of the city's most breaking, unobstructed views. I highly recommend this hotel and the brand. I also love the fact that the hotel offered not only a coffee maker but also included bottled water at no extra charge (Nothing I wouldn't say I like more than paying premium prices for a room only to see a bottle of water with a price tag with an over-inflated price plus service charges on the tag) and a very well stocked tolietry bag waiting for us in the main bathroom. Amazing personal touch!!!!

I have no complaints. Honestly, I would come back to this hotel and brand. I'm looking forward to future visits.

Lack of dedicated internal separate dining space in the evening. Surcharge for room service seemed a clunky way to send the message that they were not fully set up for in- property dining. Surcharge for having morning coffee/ tea in your room seemed excessive and strangely for a five star hotel could be avoided if guests took the trip ( presumably in their gown? ) to the lobby bar to pick up their own and take the tray back to the room for their leisurely morning coffee on the balcony or terrace in our case. At over 1000 euros ++ per night the mind boggles!
