The Concierge was terrible, no help at all, we had no idea what we were doing, foreign to us, language barrier, he could have helped us, but I figured it out by myself

The location is very near from most of attractions, you can catch public transportation or taxi which near the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The bathroom supplies are not refilled daily. The toothpaste was finished and the housekeeper did not add new dental kit until we asked for it. I lost brand gloves but I didn’t report it as it was responsibility for not keeping it away and I didn’t expect that. size of the room is too small for two

Very good property, nice breakfast spread and conveniently located from spanish steps & trevi fountain as well as other notable locations.

Its a bit costly on the higher side compared to others in the vicinity of top hotel brands, which we saw later.

Great location! Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent as well as service. Wish we stayed longer! Will definitely stay here again the time we visit Rome.!

The location of this hotel was great. Easy walk to most of the main attractions. We stayed for 4 nights in total. The first two nights we stayed in a beautiful 4th floor suite and it was just amazing. We left for one night and returned for another two. We were given a room that was not as comfortable as the suite but it was comfortable as well. The only surprise we had was that we paid the same amount or even more for one room than we paid for the suite. That was not acceptable but overall great stay.

beautifully kept, great location, nice area of town, close to all the things we wanted to do without being in the middle of the chaos, right next to the huge park, beds were very comfortable, room was more spacious than some European hotels.

No swimming pool.

The staff was amazing and so helpful. We loved the rooftop restaurant views. The morning breakfast had great options and was perfect way to start every day.

Location, clean, amazing roof garden restaurant, renovated, spacious… and you can rent a car and return it there…!!!!!!
