So convenient! Excellent location. Lovely boutique style hotel on the top of a cliff. Right next to the bus station, so great to get to and from the airport and to other places around the island. I usually get taxis but at 7 euros it was so much cheaper than over 100 for a cab! Fab views of the coastline and wonderful deep pool. I've been in April and August and not so busy even in high season. Hotel not too busy, always a sun bed and a place in the restaurant and bar area.

Nothing! But would say avoid the beach by the hotel where you go down by cable car. Cable car 10 euros each then sun beds 25 euros each. Nearly 100 euros for a day at the beach for 3 of us before we had started! Better to get the bus organised by the hotel to a better less busy beach for 18 euros return including sun bed and umbrella per person! Lido Tropicana!! Fab lunch time restaurant too!

Location fantastic,staff friendly and very helpful.We had an upgraded room when checking in, with balcony and sea view which was very nice,and made the hotel stay special.Breakfast very good with a good choice of foods and beverages.Pool very clean and a decent size for a good swim.All in all a great weeks stay,and I can recommend this hotel for a memorable trip to Taormina.

Pool perfectly ok for adult swimmers but pool deep with no shallow end,so not really appropriate for younger children.Lots of steps/fairly steep climb from car park to hotel lobby/check-in despite there being small lifts available to help. Rooms a little dated etc but nevertheless comfortable and clean.

The hotel position is amazing, so close to everything - bus station, town center. The view from the hotel is breathtaking indeed. The garden is well maintained and so clean everywhere.

The rooms are a bit dated, and staff should care more about customers and their needs. Nobody is asking you during the stay if there is anything you need, what they can do to make your stay better. Antonella was the only person there who had a smile on her face all the time and was happy to help with anything. Sicillian night was not what we expected. Is just a normal dinner, and after three musicians are waiting for you on the bar. Is not a traditional night, and this is what we expected after we did some in different other countries. Don't expect, for example, to have one like in Greece as you will be really disappointed.

The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The property is in a perfect location if you want to travel, as it’s located next to the bus station. Taxi’s are not cheap, so bus/ coach travel a good option. Also, ideal when travelling to and from airport - coaches stop outside this hotel, so can save a lot of money. Taxi and car hire are expensive options. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choice. There are lots of amazing restaurants in Taormina, but having an evening meal at the hotel restaurant is recommended, especially the buffet nights - well worth booking. Eating is outside in the evening, in beautiful surroundings, with great live music (piano player) for entertainment. Again staff were amazing - special mentions to - Christian, Matteo, Ivan and Sandro - they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

There was no shallow end in pool - it’s all very deep, so not good for non swimmers. However, the pool was a great place to chill out and relax.

The reception kindly upgraded our room and offered a delicious bottle of prosecco for our honeymoon, which was a lovely touch. They also provided clear instructions regarding parking, which was appreciated. While the parking is a bit pricey, it seems to be in line with rates throughout Taormina. Our room was well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The breakfast had a nice European variety, which we really enjoyed, and the fresh orange juice was absolutely divine!

The property could use a bit of renovation, but overall it's fine. Accessibility is decent, though it's worth noting that to reach the reception, you'll need to navigate some stairs, walk down a long corridor, and then take an elevator. If you're staying in the Catherina building, there's a short downhill walk to reach it. Also, you'll need to pass through the restaurant area to access various parts of the hotel.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and Maurice, in particular, went above and beyond to make my cousin and me feel genuinely welcomed. The location is perfect, with everything within a pleasant walking distance, which made our visit so much more enjoyable making it so easy to explore the area. Waking up to the stunning sea view each morning was a highlight that we cherished. The hotel was impeccably clean, adding to our comfort and peace of mind. And I have to mention the breakfast—absolutely amazing; it left us so excited for our next visit. I can't wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay, we were here for a wedding at a nearby hotel. The outdoor areas were particularly lovely. The balcony on our room, and the pool. The breakfast was excellent, really varied spread. And we had the same server a number of times, who was just incredible and really enhanced our experience. The staff were very helpful. We had originally planned to travel by train, but we ended up taking the coach to and from the main airport. I would definitely recommend this to travellers as you're essentially dropped door to door. The only thing to note is that traffic both ways seems to be reliably bad. So just plan in extra time for your return flight in particular. It was definitely easiest. The hotel location was a very short walk from the main part of town, which was perfect. We went to a variety of restaurants nearby and can't fault any of them - all absolutely delicious! The views from this hotel were absolutely stunning. On our last morning, we watched the sunset and it's something we'll never forget - remarkable!

The shower was either boiling hot or absolutely cold, couldn't find a happy medium, but you could always just have a bath I suppose. The bathroom particularly was quite dated and needs some upgrades, but everything worked as needed.

Everything!!! It was so fab, everything you need , pool and view and location great ! Breakfast was beautiful with the best bacon ever! Everyone was so friendly , from the guy at reception who came up with a steamer promptly when asked , and anything else we asked too, and the lady in the buffet , so friendly . she even complemented me on my lipstick . I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again ! So close to the cable car, bus station and messina gate for Corso umberto. Rooms were nice and big and balcony huge and wonderful view . The beds were so comfy and the maid did a fab job ! It was our wedding anniversary and they gave us a bottle of Prosecco and biscotti snacks as a surprise for us so cute . All staff so friendly and happy

It said bath robes in the booking but we only had slippers but was too warm for them anyway. Maybe just a gentle reminder to put in wardrobe

Friendly and helpful staff, brilliant buffet breakfast with all you need, fantastic service in restaurant and bar, amazing location- just a walk into the lively part of Taormina with so many amazing restaurants to choose from. Also very close to cable cart so you can get down to beach easily. Beautiful sea view- would recommend paying a bit more for room with balcony.

Our air conditioning leaked water onto the floor for first few nights, staff came quickly to fix it a few times. Eventually it stopped leaking but it was a bit annoying for the first few nights trying to sort it out. On the first day we couldn’t get a sun bed as they were all taken so it would be good for the hotel to get some more sun-beds to accommodate everyone.
