I liked the location, it is a relatively new hotel. A minimalist interior design but beautiful. The reception staff very ok, eager to help It is positioned immediately at the entrance to the island, very easy to access the Vaporetto transport network.

I have no choice but to say what I didn't like! There are just a few aspects, the fact that it doesn't have its own parking and on Booking, this aspect is not very well detailed! Could they recommend a parking lot! The second thing is the rooms, being a 4 star hotel. You expect to have in the room: a minibar with products but not an EMPTY mini fridge. Also missing from the room are slippers and a bathrobe! And the most disturbing and unprofessional thing is that at breakfast I waited 35 minutes to get my food! It's unacceptable! Plus, out of two coffee machines, one wasn't working! Shame on you Hilton for accepting something like this! Customer care is almost 0! Shame!

This hotel ticked all our specifications to visit Venice. Location - the best... very convenient. Although not in the centre it is close to the bus station and boat service. Modern and Clean including good breakfast. Would definitely come back if we visit Venice again.

Only flaw we had was the sofa bed. It was not comfortable. Hard stiff mattress.

Fantastic, clean location

The service for our meal in the restaurant was terrible. We waited 40 minutes for 2 bottles of corona to be slammed down on our table. A further 20mins (1 Hour) for our pasta to be brought out without any cutlery or condiments.

Location was perfect for us, few steps from the vaporetto (ferry) stop, which had taken us everywhere in Venice including main touristic areas and Murano-Burano islands (I would advice to take 2 or 3 days ticket which can be used in People Mover as well, People Mover is a short range tram which takes you to Piazzale Roma). As the hotel was out of the crowded places it was a quiet stay which we enjoyed. A modern hotel with comfortable bed, very clean room, helpful staff, a very good breakfast, definitely worth the money paid. Being a coffee lover, I enjoyed the kettle to make coffee/tea in the room. Big screen TV in the room was a nice touch. Overall we enjoyed our stay, thank you.

The room was not big but enough to accommodate us, I would like a closet instead of a hanger bar in the room, The pillows were too soft, so not very comfortable

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were super clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything looked and smelled brand new. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was a highlight! Contrary to some reviews mentioning a busy breakfast area, we found the setup very spacious with two self-service stations, offering a wide variety of European-style options. There was plenty of room and food for everyone. A special mention goes to the thoughtful gesture of preparing mini breakfast boxes for us when we had to check out early at 4 AM to catch our flight — a small detail that made a big difference! Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

The only minor downside was that the water refill station on the first floor wasn't working at all times, which was a bit inconvenient.

We only had one breakfast out of three due to the horrid experience the first time, so we went in to Venice to eat the other days. Would it stop us returning to the hotel. Absolutely not. The price, location and brand new rooms far outweigh the rubbish breakfast.

The location of this hotel is a perfect base for exploring Venice. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the bed was supportive and the pillows were dreamy, every night was a good experience, we didn’t want to get out of it. The breakfast is enough to get you going in the morning, especially when you find the waffle maker. The coffee machine is to my taste. Just a few minutes walk from the hotel is the people mover that will whisk you into Piazza Le Roma for just €1.50, then you’ll be in a position to go anywhere. The water taxis are also close by. I’d use this hotel again if visiting Venice as it saves all the hassle of getting your cases into a hotel within the canal system, I saw a lot of stressed people struggling.

Only minor issues. The sausage and bacon could be improved, both were tasteless. As there is still building works around the area of the hotel, the access by foot can be uneven.

We stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Venice Tronchetto Island and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with plush beds and pillows, and the whole place feels fresh and well maintained. It’s also very quiet and a real bonus in Venice if you’re looking for restful nights after exploring all day! Getting here is straightforward once you know the route. We arrived at Venezia Santa Lucia train station, walked about 10 minutes to Piazzale Roma, and then took the People Mover (a short monorail with only three stops). We got off at Tronchetto, and the hotel was just a 200-metre walk from there. It is super easy even with luggage. Another big plus is that the Tronchetto waterbus (vaporetto) station is right beside the hotel, which makes it incredibly convenient for getting around Venice or heading back toward Santa Lucia by water. Between the People Mover and the waterbuses, transportation couldn’t be simpler. The location, while slightly outside the main tourist area, actually works in its favor. It’s calm and peaceful, yet very well connected. We managed to visit all the major sights in one day and still return to a quiet room in the evening. The lobby is bright and spacious, and the restaurant and bar are great for a casual meal or drink. Breakfast was generous and tasty with a good variety. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable, quiet stay with excellent transport links. It’s ideal for couples, families, or anyone wanting a relaxing base just outside the busy center of Venice.

The room allocated was on the ground floor, so the elevator notification noise is a bit bothering through the night or in early mornings.

My stay at the Hampton By Hilton Venice Isola Nuova was altogether very pleasant and satisfactory. The hotel’s facilities are modern and thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable experience throughout. Of particular note is the convenient location, which makes exploring the Venice area straightforward while still offering a peaceful place to rest. The car park right outside the hotel is extremely close and very practical, especially for guests travelling with their own vehicles. The staff, especially at reception, impressed me with their exceptional professionalism and friendliness. The hotel manager also demonstrated a high level of commitment and customer focus, which greatly contributed to the overall positive impression. The only minor drawback was the breakfast situation: the waffle maker unfortunately caused longer waiting times, slightly delaying the start of the day. In my view, a pancake machine would have been a more sensible and efficient option. Nonetheless, I felt very comfortable throughout my stay and will certainly choose to stay at the Hampton By Hilton Venice Isola Nuova again on any future visits to the area.

Great housekeeping staff! The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, brand new, and spacious. Hotel was perfectly ventilated with no humidity and no mosquitos. No carpet in the a room, which is ideal for people who have allergies. The hotel environment was quiet and relaxing as it was away from city centre hustle and bustle. Water fountains were widely available. Reception staff was friendly, and let us check in hours in advance upon request. Great access to vaporetti to reach the centre of Venice.

Breakfast options were poor. Fruit wasn't up to Italian quality standards and tasted very badly. Pastries tasted like they were defrosted and were served stale. Juices tasted very processed and not fresh at all. Limited options to travel to Marco Polo Airport from the hotel using public transport. You have to walk roughly 20 minutes to a bus stop (which has no shelter) and there is only one bus that takes you to the airport (luckily, you can tap your bank card on the bus instead of having to buy a ticket).
