We chose the property because of its location as we were attending the Art Biennale. It is in a great location for the two main sites. We have been to Venice many times so were happy to be a little way from the main tourist attractions. The host couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. Our room was a pretty good size with a decent bathroom. The breakfasts were simple but good with generous options. There is a shared breakfast room with additional coffee making facilities available all the time. Everywhere was kept very clean. The locality is close to Via Garibaldi which has plenty of eating places including the excellent Salvmeria. Taking in to account the very reasonable price (for Venice!) for the stay it was an all round positive experience.

The location would not suit everyone but we knew where we wanted to be. The wi fi was a bit in and out but we believe it is being attended to in the off season.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was quite spacious and large with a view of a canal. It was lovely to wake up and see boats going by outside your window. They had the BEST BREAKFAST every morning with a very impressive breakfast display. They served a wide variety of delicious baked goods, croissants, yogurt, granola, hard boiled eggs, fruit, jams, and juices. The staff was all very friendly. There's no front desk like at a traditional hotel. You let yourself in and out with a door code and your room key, but this didn't bother us. The hotel is in a quieter area of Venice, about a 20 minute walk from St. Marks Square, but we really enjoyed this. Venice gets really swarmed with tourists during the day and its nice to be a little bit removed from that. We would stay here again and recommend it to a friend.

The hotel was very easy to check into, leaving instructions and keys to collect. Location is excellent with water taxis 4 minute walk away. Rooms pretty spacious and very clean. Enjoyed the breakfast which is included and Christina is super welcoming!

Our room led onto a small street with a kitchen so a little noisy at night but nothing too late!

The hosts were extremely accommodating with a special request I had and the surprise I had planned went down very well. Chocolate cake, candles, balloons and a nice bottle of Prosecco to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I even had a staff member sing Happy birthday along with me, which was truly appreciated. Everyone in the establishment was friendly, helpful and accommodating. If you’re looking for a private and quiet place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of main attraction sites in Venice, Laguna 724 B&B is the place to stay. If you’re looking for restaurants, there is a whole street of restaurants within a 5 minute walk, so wining and dining is easy too. If you want to see the sights, the Giardini waterboat stop is a quick 5 minute walk away as well, so getting around is easy. The location of the B&B was just right for us.

Lovely residential area right next to the water bus stop which made it a great location for reaching the centre of Venice. The room was clean and well equipped and was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The owner was really friendly and welcoming!

The only problem we had was with the air conditioning in our room not being strong enough, it was very hot when we visited! But otherwise the property is wonderful!

There was no rubbish bin in the room.

Clean and well kept room. Breakfast was excellent. Quieter part of town which we loved, away from the hustle and bustle of Venice but still walking distance or short waterbus ride to main part of town.

A little noisy from upstairs neighbours and other guests, but I suspect this is common in Venice given the age of the buildings

Biggest shower with great pressure out of our entire Italian vacay hotel stay. Comfy and cozy B&B in a great location. Has AC and the staff are really kind. 10 minute walk to the WaterBus

Bedding had blood stains and the shower had left over hair on the walls. The bathroom fan was covered in dust.

We loved the quiet neighborhood. I was afraid being so close to a canal that the apartment would be damp with musty smells, but it wasn’t at all! It was a beautiful property and very easy to get into, once we figured out the key code was for the key pad and not the key box. The apartment was clean and beautifully kept and decorated. Super clean. And the air conditioning worked wonderfully, which was amazing because it was so hot while we were there. The bed was comfortable, the outlets and with Wi-Fi were great. The breakfast spread was amazing and we appreciated the coffee and the water!

Because we were there during that extreme heat wave, the shared space was very warm upstairs and I did need to work there. However, such a MINOR thing! It would not keep me from coming back in the slightest, but since you asked…

You can tell that creating the atmosphere and experience at this bed and breakfast is this hosts dream! She shared her story about how her grandmother told her that if you don’t want to work a day in your life, then do something you love. She is living this message and it shows in the attention to detail, decor and delicious breakfast! Comfortable bed, air conditioning, and clean bathroom. helped make our first day in Italy after a long day of travel more relaxing. The location was perfect and away from the hustle and bustle of San Marco. Wonderful cafes and restaurants nearby. Close to water taxis and an easy 20 minute walk to see the major attractions of Venice. would definitely come back.

My only complaint would be the dark stairs at night. the automatic light didn’t come on until we buzzed our way out.
