we got one of the corner room suites (we have gotten this room a few times and love it) bed was comfy

the room was dirty the floor had not been cleaned there were water bottle caps/beer caps on the floor sticky stuff on the floors and tables. parking is a *itch always stuck-up top (why there are so many unused valet parking spots) the parking fee is a little crazy on the price

The hotel was beautiful! The rooms were so nice. The bed was comfy. The bathrooms were spotless. My son enjoyed the gym. We had drinks at the bar, and our bartender did an amazing job. The hotel was five minutes from where my son’s concert was playing. We also took advantage of the shuttle service to visit the Plaza and do some shopping.

Got a free room upgrade. Very nice spacious room. Clean facility throughout. Sucks to pay for parking and there is lots of construction on Main Street. Shower drained very slowly but overall a great stay.

Had the most comfy bed I've ever slept in. Very clean.

Had to go through 2 elevators and some stairs to get from my car to my room. If you park on the parking garage above the 5th level you will need to go down a flight of stairs to get to the elevator in the lobby. Then another elevator to my room floor. A little inconvenient for paying $30 a night.

I did not expect to pay for parking. The charge for parking was not mentioned when I booked. But other than that, it was a very pleasant experience, and the staff was exceptionally cordial . I will be returning in large part because of the restaurants within walking distance, and I felt safe there too.

Location was kind of an issue..lots of strang people walking around. Wish we could have been informed of the parking fee beforehand and I dont understand why there is still a 10 dollar pending charge on my card...other than that it was a good stay

Property had everything you need right there but also a shuttle bus to take you down to the plaza and pick you up, which was very convenient and they came right away when we called The room was very nice and it was quiet and very clean

Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent location on Plaza with a variety of restaurants and museum. Additionally, paved walking/running trail with e excise stations!

The staff was great - we even had a few nice conversations with them. The room was great (LOVED the shower) and it’s one of the comfiest beds I’ve had. It’s also nice to be able to have apps on the tv such as Netflix as most hotels don’t offer that.

Our check-in was quick and everyone was nice and very helpful. Parking was easily accessible. Our room was cleaned every day. Marriott made our stay memorable. We came for the KC Chiefs game 12/25/23 Christmas Day. Thank you for a great staycation! The Thomason’s
