The sheet thread count made me wish I could spend more time sleeping. zzzzzzz Awesome. Renovated bathroom was appreciated. Easy parking. Slippers given were a nice touch. Toiletries were above standard.

No pool, hot tub or complimentary breakfast. Coffee maker provided in room did not produce decent tasting coffee even though I tried both bottled water and tap water. Few rooms with good views due to close main street location and major construction going on across the parking lot. Old, ugly mega brown watch tower impedes view of the pretty hills in Roslyn Harbor.

breakfasts (included) were excellent. Tried 3 different things on the menu and was happy with all. Staff in restaurant was excellent. Room was large and clean. Hotel was quiet.

the bed was a little mushy and I needed to stay in the middle or I tended to roll to one side.

The hotel was in a nice location, it was very walkable to multiple restaurants. The bed was comfy and room service breakfast was good and affordable.

There needs to be more noiseproofing! The person in the room next to mine was on the phone and I could hear everything. The headboard in my room was WILD- neon green with giant rhinestones, it made me laugh but was real ugly.

I did not realize when I asked for a tub AND shower room that it would be a handicapped bathroom ! I was too tall for the sink and mirror!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was excellent! The food voucher was a pleasant surprise! Will definitely stay there again

We were forced to park at the basement because parking spaces in front of the hotel were roped off for an event the following day. Minor inconvenience!

Staff was very professional accommodating. Answered all my questions. Made me feel very welcomed

One issue, I parked in front of main door & had to walk up the brick steps carrying my carryon. It was cumbersome awkward - could’ve fallen

Rooms very clean and nice and staff at front desk were very helpful.

Was disappointed that breakfast was not included for the price we paid. Otherwise, I very pleasant stay.

Check in always takes too long, including this trip. More salt and sand on the ice outside, in the parking lot would of been nice

Had a lovely stay. Comfortable bed. Staff were helpful. Couple of nice sitting areas around the hotel and nice food in the restaurant.

this is the second time I have stayed and both times there was something wrong with the shower knob. It kept falling off.
