Room was spacious, tv was large, a/c worked well for the most part.

Had an issue with them claiming my reservation was canceled. Was told to call Booking.com and get it resolved even though I had already paid in full and the complication was between Booking.com and the hotel. Should not have been my concern when I had already paid and had all the booking and confirmation info on hand to confirm my stay. It was eventually resolved, but was the hotel staff didn't seem to take initiative in assisting a paying customer. That was disappointing.

This hotel was every bit of amazing from the front lobby with Ohio State framed sports achievements all the way to the ambient lights in the room itself. The staff was very professional and polite which itself really made my stay even better. I loved this hotel so much and it will be returning soon making it my choice every time I visit Columbus. It is conveniently located next to plenty of restaurants and a Kroger about 3-5 minutes away. The room was very clean and quiet, the tv had a wide selection of channels to choose from as it is a Google Tv including Netflix & YouTube as well. There was a microwave & mini refrigerator in the room and plenty of counter space to set your things and let’s not to forget to mention plenty of lighting and lamps including LED lighting located on the top of the headboard and alongside the tv. Bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and rags and extra toilet paper. There was a good selection of breakfast options including 3 different types of cereal, waffles, eggs, & sausage with multiple drink options including orange juice, cranberry juice, coffee, lemon water & more. 10/10 recommend!

Sia at the front desk was awesome, very friendly and very accommodating just an all-around great person. He was always busy helping anyone and everyone that came in. He answered all of our questions and when we had an issue with the TV was right up there to take care of it. The breakfast was great nice and hot. The beds are clean and comfortable as was the entire room.

I loved how big the room was and how clean it was. Housekeeping was super nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good too!! This hotel was not far from downtown Columbus and had a lot of restaurants and stores nearby.

The air conditioning units in the room were kinda loud. This was the only issue that I had.

The first days breakfest was dull and uninspiring. i wasi there for breakfast before 7AM. The eggs were not that enticing. i believe they were soft sunny side up. They were not good ; nor were they appealing. Several guests other than myself made sarcastic comments about the food and service. That was my only disappointment during my 4 night stay.

Our stay overall was great except for being disturbed twice by housekeeping opening our door. Good location, check in staff, clean room was wonderful.

We were told housekeeping would not tend to the room unless we requested it or every 3rd day. Yet housekeeping staff knocked and quickly opened our door on (2) occasions. ( unacceptable)

Was difficult to get find (bc of construction?) . Advertise it as behind Waffle House 😁 Didn’t care for our room but stayed in it bc location and clean.

Size of the room was spacious...breakfast with meat and eggs plus many other items both hot and cold was delightful...the curb appeal with the flowers and plants was nice..parking was close and ample..

The grounds had litter here and there, the exercise room was sparsely furnished 2 machines and a handful of free weights..

The whole interior plus the room were completely renovated. Very stylish, roomy and comfortable. The bed was perfect and I really liked the lighting over the couch and the desk. The coffee was good. Staff was very nice and recommended a good restaurant.

Having Fox News on the TV downstairs. Is it possible to put on a neutral TV station? A little more protein and healthy grains for breakfast. I just had the yogurt.

Everything I checked, clean and neat we checked into a room. The shower didn’t work, but they moved us. However they double charged my credit card. I need that taken care of.
