The rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly, it was located 3 minutes from the metro, the room was cleaned every day, and the pool was clean.

The rooms need renovation and it would be better if the breakfast variety was expanded.

The breakfast was poorly organized. The good was very below average, a mass production of things and super overcrowded. For example the fruit like the oranges were cut in pieces without peeling. I did not feel relaxed during the breakfast. Lot of noise. Also not comfortable that the esiters were removing immediately your plates with lots of noise to make space for others. It looked more like an overcrowded cheap fast food. The temperature of the water in the bathroom was never that warm. The quality of the soap, shampoo was below average damaging the hair. The windows of the room were not closing properly leaving lots of noise coming from the street.

For the care with which they treated me, the rooms were cleaned, the towels were changed every day, the king size bed was comfortable, the pillows and sheets were soft. I made this hotel my home for 14 days, where I received care and pampering. My request for early check in a few hours earlier was granted so From check in to check out, everything worked perfectly at this hotel.

As for the hotel pit is very good, (Insurance Market Station) or one station away from the Emirates Mall. I recommend buying a Golden Cabin metro pass, which is also valid for buses to travel between Dubai's main attractions and Hotel.

i stayed 3 times in this hotel, once in 2023 (i liked it already) and 2 times on a row this year in 2025: from 15 to 20 of february 2025 then from 22 to 25 of February 2025, they took great care of me, the second time i got upgraded The hotel is very well located in a lively neighborhood with everything around, the room was clean, spacious, comfy, calm the team of the hotel is super profesional, friendly, helpful, dedicated , special thanks to Lana, to Younes, to Tanver, to Murshed, to Ibrahim, to the concierges, and to more i will definitely go back there

I went to Under Armour store 28 November time 9:00 PM Once I enter the store no one attend me or ask me for any help , then I try to ask the employees Excuse me !!! Then the employer comping without any greet , then I ask her very politely you have over No service and bad attitude from the employees and they want kick me out from the store because I ask the employer to help me for size and she have very bad attitude and very rude girl in the store under Armour , Then I ask her I see you have offer from 30 up to 70 % , could you please show me which Items have the offer for 70 % then she answer very unsolicited and not professionally she said go and check by yourself ? I ask her one more time very politely , it’s big store and how I can check 70 % in all store ? then again her answer I’m here not for helping you ? then I ask he where’s your store manger? her answer is I’m the store manger, and She is very contemptuous and makes fun of me and starts in a loud voice, get out of the store , It started with immoral words, bad treatment, and rude treatment , Then she said to me I will call the police on you now !!! , Then I sat down and told her I was waiting, Then another person came, her colleague in the store, and said to me, “If you don’t buy anything, get out of the store.” I told him that I called the police and that I was waiting for the police , Because your colleague crossed the line and told me that she would call the police, then I replied that I called the police and I am waiting for the police , But he was also rude and ill-mannered , Then the policeman came and checked or heard from me everything that happened in the store , Then he heard from her too , Then the policeman said to me, “If she apologizes, the matter will be over.” I told him, “Of course, I will gladly accept her apology.

I rarely write reviews despite staying in many hotels, but MD Hotel by Gewan truly stands out. My stay was so good that I extended it. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and professional. A special thanks to Lana, Ibraheem, Donnia, Renuka, and the rest of the team for their outstanding service. The room was spotless, fresh, and felt brand new — beautifully maintained with a modern touch, comfortable bed, elegant decor, and all essentials neatly arranged. Room service was excellent and the food exceeded expectations. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and definitely one of the best stays I've had. Highly recommended.

Very good hotel, I liked the cleanliness, the hospitality. I travel a lot around the world and I have never been welcomed so warmly by the staff of a hotel as I was there . Thank you DM HOTEL GEWAN. Hotel close to the metro station and also to an Emirates Mall station. However, I recommend buying a Golden Cabin metro pass to get around both the metro and buses between the main attractions of Dubai. The hotel helps with taxis and tours.

The Housekeeper (Suk bahadur) entered my room without giving a such a time for knocking my door and waiting for ensuring guest inside or not. He did not refill shampoo and shower gel for 3 days, and yes I did not ask him to do so, but I wanted to see if he will notice and check or not. The shower towels rack is very rusty and looking unhealthy. I would like to thanks the HK supervisor lady who was friendly and asking me if everything was good (sorry i dont know her name). I wil give the hotel 10/10 for better (HK) improvement in the future.

The location of the hotel is central to tourist spots. The metro is 5mins walk which connects you to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall, Emirates Towers for Museum of the Future and Mall of the Emirates etc etc The area is safe and you can walk late at night / wee hours of the morning with no issues at all The metro is also manned by Dubai police for extra safety They changed the breakfast menu everyday allowing us to explore different dishes which was amazing Special shout out to Esther in Food & Beverage for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable

Personal preference - I didn’t like the 2 in 1 bath and shower. Would be best if the bathtub and shower were separate. The bathroom was a bit tired.
