I had an excellent experience at MD Hotel. The facilities were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, but what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by the hotel manager, Ms. Nervana Al-Azab.❤️ From the moment I arrived, Ms. Nervana was incredibly professional, attentive, and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and supported throughout my stay. Her kindness, quick response to any requests, and genuine care for the guests reflect the highest standards of hospitality. Thanks to her assistance, my stay was smooth and enjoyable. MD Hotel is very lucky to have such a dedicated and capable manager. I highly recommend this hotel, especially to those who value excellent customer service. Thank you again, Ms. Nervana, for everything!

The rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly, it was located 3 minutes from the metro, the room was cleaned every day, and the pool was clean.

The rooms need renovation and it would be better if the breakfast variety was expanded.

I stayed 6 days. Clean, room was large. Friendly staff willing to help. Decent small pool and roof bar. The café makes a great Turkish coffee. It was not at all dated as some of the reviews I read before my stay. They always gave me 2 new bottles of free water, bonus! Super close to the train station. Easy to get a taxi. Has a wonderful turkish restaurant just a street over. Value for price was phenomenal

I wish they had left the upper deck open for relaxing and only closed the pool. Maybe it was to keep out children as they still allowed me to go up there and relax on the chairs even though the pool closed signs blocked the stairs. Thank you for everything.

The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Room 128

The breakfast was poorly organized. The good was very below average, a mass production of things and super overcrowded. For example the fruit like the oranges were cut in pieces without peeling. I did not feel relaxed during the breakfast. Lot of noise. Also not comfortable that the esiters were removing immediately your plates with lots of noise to make space for others. It looked more like an overcrowded cheap fast food. The temperature of the water in the bathroom was never that warm. The quality of the soap, shampoo was below average damaging the hair. The windows of the room were not closing properly leaving lots of noise coming from the street.

I extended my stay because of the flight cancellation and the situation now , Nervana the manager helped me a lot and was very understanding to the situation and could handle the stress and our anger Thank u so much hope u see the feedback 👌 The hotel is Clean, Comfortable, and Well-Equipped Rooms The room at MD Hotel was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was great, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and stable. I also appreciated the small touches like complimentary water and toiletries. Everything I needed was there for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Luxurious hotel for very reasonable price. Location was excellent, a few minutes from metro station and also lots of restaurants and shops right outside entrance of hotel. Breakfast was lovely with lots of variety: fruit, salad, meat, fresh eggs, Arabic food, toast, bread etc. My room was very spacious and kept so clean and tidy by the room attendant. The rooftop area with sunbeds, pool and bar was amazing open 8am-8pm. I usually went about 3pm weekdays and was quiet so could have a wonderful peaceful swim. All the staff are friendly and helpful, Iqbal carried my bags for me and made sure I had a taxi back to the airport. Will 100% stay here again.

Only complaint was the water pressure on shower could be stronger.

Everything is perfect and I always enjoy staying cause of the service and the location The food is good and hk are doing well Staff very nice helpful , Nirvana 😍😍the guest manager she was very helpful with me she called me and checked About my stay , offered assistance with the room , very accommodating Stefany 🤩was very sweet and friendly. Lana as well from reception they make me feel home , Roj from Hk was very helpful asked about my preferences , Iqbal from bellman speaks a bit Arabic , don’t wanna forget names , overall very nice

Upon arrival, the receptionists, Lana and Stefanny, greeted me with exceptional professionalism and friendliness, instantly making me feel like part of their family. They were not only professional but also incredibly helpful and jovial. The restaurant was a delight, offering delicious food served by a very attentive team. They anticipated my needs, even bringing my preferred drinks without me having to ask. On a day when I missed breakfast, they kindly called me, took my order, and delivered my favorite breakfast items right to my room. Esther, Mr. Ahmed, Ahmed El Shawish, and Mohamed Ragab were always ready to assist with a warm smile. The hotel rooms were cozy and equipped with smart systems, featuring renovated furniture in excellent condition and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The gym was well-equipped with Techno Gym machines and provided workout towels, water, detox water, and green apples for free. Additionally, guests could enjoy a sauna, steam room, rooftop pool for free also. And massage center (payable). Overall, my experience was truly magnificent. As a frequent visitor to Dubai, I now consider MD Hotel my go-to place. Looking forward to my next stay at MD Hotel!"
