This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. It was an easy 10-15 min walk from the airport. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. The room was spacious and spotless. The view was amazing both from our room and from the sky bar on the roof. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was absolutely delicious. They had a huge selection of different foods and everything was labeled for those that had food sensitivities, or allergies. Everyone in our family was able to find something that they loved, and we all left with full bellies to start our day. The shower had both a rain showerhead and handheld sprayer. The best part of the shower was it was able to adjust it to just the right pressure and temperature the entire time you were in the shower. It just a 10 min walk to Netto (grocery store), and McDonald’s. Needless to say this property for exceeded our expectations and we will be beyond happy with everything here. If we are able to return to Denmark we will definitely be staying here.

The hotel offers a spa/wellness, but practically it is not possible to use it. I never find it ok to separately pay for a hotel’s wellness services as long as you are a guest, but it is still a practice I can put up with if so needed. However I was told to book a slot, which is indeed limited for two hours and received only a very few options for usability. How come there is not even a priority for hotel guest. And even the option/slot I received was supposed to be during a private event in the spa area for children…(???). Why on earth would I want to go to a spa among screaming children. It really seemed to me the hotel does not want guests to go to their spa at all and it felt like it is a bit of a rip off advertising it but not able to go at all.

Good hotel, a short walk to airport but quiet. Staff helpful. Very clean. Great breakfast. Gym looked good but I did not use it.

Guests in the next room went for breakfast about 7am leaving a dog that howled for an hour! I could not find a quick number for reception on the installed phone or on the tv hotel guide and ended up having to make an international call through my cell phone to ask them to find the guests. They were very nice about it and said guests returned soon after and calmed the dog. But by then I was wide awake. Just leave a number for reception by the phone! (Yes, I did try all the obvious buttons.)

Everything was absolutely amazing during our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, always making us feel welcome. All the hotel areas were clean and beautifully designed, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was rich and varied, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. The location is very convenient – it’s close to the airport and within walking distance, which was a huge plus for us. There’s also a metro station nearby, making it easy to get around the city. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing walks by the sea. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Copenhagen.

My second stay at Scandic Strandparken & was as good as last year. Such kind & helpful front desk staff, the room was spotless & an absolutely excellent breakfast. The discount to hotel guests for the 2 hours in the attached health spa is such value for money & the perfect way to unwind after a long air journey. A super-bonus was the complimentary Scandic mini-bus transfer to/from the airport. The chauffeur was such a helpful & friendly young man. Thank you once again ;-)

Oh my gosh, the beds are very soft !!! Not too good for problem backs. And very dipped at the head... Perhaps the staff should make sure to flip & turn over & around the topmadras, so that the mattress wears evenly? Just a tip to make everything 110%.

There's no really complain but make sure to book your spa day, table in a restaurant in advance.

Lack of the car charger at the underground parking lot. External parking lot operated by different company where you need to pay high hourly rate around the clock for parking and paralelly for charging to third party operator so finally you pay the price of gold :-(.Not all of the allergens were properly signed in the restaurant at breakfasts and there was really small choice of fruits and vegetables. We were asked while check in for cleaning during our stay and decided to change the towels only but that room service forgot about it. In the family room for 3 people we had only 2 mugs and 2 glasses, stock of tea and coffee in the room has not been replenished before our stay.

I love this place. I return here and will return. I love the surrounding, the relaxing harbour vibe. It is so so so relaxing. Every morning you can find a spot to do your morning excercises with the Sun and shimmering water. Sound isolation is excellent. Rooms well kept, well designed. The view was amazing, we were counting planes landing 😊, no noise at all. Breakfast very very nice and tasty, view from breakfast room breathtaking, staff in the restaurant the most fantastic, reception could be more friendly. Walking distance to train, walking distance to airport, such a rare thing, you can simply walk to so big airport, so easily 😊

Overall cleaning- Sunday evening entrance area was totally forgotten, upholstered furniture in the lobby area/lobby bar area very dirty. The fabric is light colour, the hotel is big but this is too much at the moment. But it is a simple thing to change them 😊 my love will stay with this hotel, I only marked these 2 things. Thank you!

The location is convenient - it is a 10 min walk +15 min metro ride to the city centre and the airport is within walking distance. The sea is very close, you can take a nice and quiet walk in the evening or whenever you like. The hotel is well decorated, the rooms are quiet and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, though a small room is a small room, at least one chair or an armchair would be a nice touch. Breakfast was ok, but a little bit too overcrowded every time, especially Saturday and Sunday. Some people even went down to the lobby with their food as there were no free tables in the main restaurant. Some goods at breakfast were marked as "danish" and they tasted really good (cheese, ham, butter etc).

It was an unpleasant surprise to have such bad coffee and such average bread with limited choice for breakfast. I mean, it is Denmark, coffee and pastry are part of national culture here, they are reeallyy good everywhere. It's not easy to find bad coffee when you're walking around Copenhagen, but here we are - the hotel breakfast. Also the warm food at breakfast had too much salt in it (scrambled eggs, pate, beans, even vegetables), which definitely spoiled it. So the breakfast is rated at booking.com as fabulous, but it is not.
