Our room was large and had a great view of the harbour. We liked too, that the room had sliding doors that could be opened to let in fresh air. The hotel is ideally located to downtown Vancouver and the harbour. The 12pm check-out was also a positive. After a 20 hour day the day before, we benefitted from the extra rest before our long flight back to Australia.

Fantastic location, close to the harbour. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and the rooms with harbour views are wonderful. The wifi is fast and it is fairly quiet

The property is a little dated and in need of refurbishment.

Good location close to Stanley Park and easily accessible from the airport by train. The hotel held our bags for free so we could explore further on our last day.

When I booked it didn't specify the view and the receptionists told us it would be facing a wall unless we paid $30 more a night. I wasn't particularly bothered about this and so didn't upgrade, but I felt booking.com could have been clearer as there were a number of rooms available when I booked.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The location of it is stellar, as it's quite easy to walk to several key city spots. Awesome, local restaurants, bars and venues, drugstores, convenience, liquor and food stores are all within walking distance, and the fact that the hotel is so close to the water and Stanley Park makes it all even better. The room was perfect and had everything we needed (and even more!).

The rooms aren't soundproof, but start up a fan and you're good.

The location of Pinnacle Harborfront was perfect for our stay in Vancouver. We were able to easily walk to various sites. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. We enjoyed a good view of the harbor.

I enjoyed being in this hotel,location was perfect,I had balcony and veranda,if you were going to cruise?-it was the best,just a few min and you reach Canada Place terminal Hotel is much better than it looks on pictures in booking.com I recommend.Canada.Ella

Restaurant was great, enough choices but still comfortable, not "stuffy". Beautiful atrium for restaurant. Room was clean & comfortable, great view. We chose Pinnacle for location primarily, was an easy 10min walk to the cruise ship terminal.

Very central location. Extremely friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, room. Great bar/restaurant area.

Travelling with my adult daughters - would have liked two queen beds in the room instead of double beds. Would have been nice to have a selection of complimentary teabags in room as well as coffee. Air conditioning a little noisy. Otherwise a great hotel, would stay again.

We liked the location of the property, so close to Stanley Park, Vancouver Aquarium, Shopping, Gastown, restaurants. Close to hullo ferry, Canada Place, Vancouver Art Gallery. We liked the restaurant very much, good food & excellent service. Bed & pillows comfy. Very clean rooms. Pool & hot tub were clean & enjoyable.

Check-in is a little tough since the hotel has no driveway/ round about to drop off bags. Busy in front of hotel since everyone is looking to park quick to drop off passengers/ bags. *Once checked in parking itself is easy though & close to the hotel. Rooms are a little dated but CLEAN. Keurig coffee maker didn’t work without putting coffee grounds in coffee cup.

I stayed 7 nights here and it was such a wonderful stay. The hotel is located in a great location, safe, clean and not noisy although just minutes walk way from Gastown, Waterfront and Downtown. Facilities although old, functioned well and the rooms were huge by current hotel standards! The service team at the lobby and restaurant were great. I arrived late at night and had to wait for my room a little and wasnt bothered at all but the lobby team and manager were so apologetic about it and even gave to restaurant credits which was so awesome. The food at P2B was great and everything else too. Thank you for making my time in Vancouver a safe and great one!
