Our room was large and had a great view of the harbour. We liked too, that the room had sliding doors that could be opened to let in fresh air. The hotel is ideally located to downtown Vancouver and the harbour. The 12pm check-out was also a positive. After a 20 hour day the day before, we benefitted from the extra rest before our long flight back to Australia.

Fantastic location, close to the harbour. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and the rooms with harbour views are wonderful. The wifi is fast and it is fairly quiet

The property is a little dated and in need of refurbishment.

Good location close to Stanley Park and easily accessible from the airport by train. The hotel held our bags for free so we could explore further on our last day.

When I booked it didn't specify the view and the receptionists told us it would be facing a wall unless we paid $30 more a night. I wasn't particularly bothered about this and so didn't upgrade, but I felt booking.com could have been clearer as there were a number of rooms available when I booked.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The location of it is stellar, as it's quite easy to walk to several key city spots. Awesome, local restaurants, bars and venues, drugstores, convenience, liquor and food stores are all within walking distance, and the fact that the hotel is so close to the water and Stanley Park makes it all even better. The room was perfect and had everything we needed (and even more!).

The rooms aren't soundproof, but start up a fan and you're good.

Nice Hotel, great location but.. I booked this based on the reviews. my breakdown is as follows: ( we had a City View King room) Value: eh. Kinda on the high side in my opinion. Service: Excellent. Location: Super excellent. Very upscale businees area close to shops, attractions and transportation. Cleanliness: Excellent Pros: Nice room with lots of room and storage with a big closet and large dresser drawers. Most of the mandatory checkboxes checked with in room safe, in room refrigerator, and nice in room coffee service. Free WiFi. Comfy bed and linens. A partial view of the water and North Shore which was beautiful. Also a tiny little balcony that allowed some fresh air and enhanced the view.

Cons: The bathroom was very small . The sink vanity was tiny with room enough to place a few items at most. No storage for toilieties kits. No hangers for the towels. The light switch was on the outside of the room meaning disturbing sleeping spouses during late night visits to open and close the door. The room had no glassware at all, just paper cups. I would expect more from a 4 star hotel. Entertainment is pretty much cable TV unless you want to fork out 24.00 Canadian for a streaming movie.

The location was perfect. Very convenient and close to restaurants, Gas Town, the Vancouver lookout tower, and other interesting areas. Amazing view from our harbour front room window. Rooms were clean and the maid service was good. It was just a few minutes for the harbour dock and it was cool to see the small planes and coming and going.

The hotel itself was quite nice, but not particularily special for the price that we paid. We found the hotel restaurant extremely expensive and after paying $77.00 for 2 people (before taxes and tip) for a very ordinary breakfast buffet, we did not have any further meals at the hotel. They were advertising an Easter Brunch for $70.00 per person, which was slightly tempting to try but the price tag disuaded us.

We stayed here on two separate occasions so we had two different rooms, both facing the water. Unfortunately, the view is disrupted by (in my opinion) terrible-looking residential towers. The rooms were large and not much can be heard from the street below.

There was a constant, low, mechanical pulsing noise that could be heard from both rooms that we stayed in. The air conditioning was also very loud and rattly, though we did not need to use it. In the first room we stayed in, the bathroom's sliding door were very difficult to pull as they track may have rusted. I understand the hotel is about to undergo a renovation? I hope the above will be addressed.

The location of Pinnacle Harborfront was perfect for our stay in Vancouver. We were able to easily walk to various sites. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. We enjoyed a good view of the harbor.

Walkable location to Gastown clock, neighborhoods, parks, bakeries, and the cruise port (if you're willing to make the trek with your luggage a few blocks), the airport train station. Hotel was really nice, very kind and friendly staff, got an upgraded room upon arrival for our first time in the hotel. Hotel restaurant had great food and had live music one night while we were there. Property was well maintained and clean.

Was a bit more expensive than I typically pay, but it was worth it in the end due to the walkability to other nearby locations and activities. We figure we saved money by needing fewer transportation costs.

Really good location for exploring downtown Vancouver. Nice cityscape views from our room. Pretty conservatory restaurant. Bed very comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly and made up for initial issues we encountered with parking by offering us a free upgrade, and we did appreciate the gesture.

Instructions on how to find the car park were nowhere to be found. I emailed and messaged the hotel asking for clarity on this and had to wait all day for a reply, which though tried to be helpful, simply said it was by the hotel. We ended up in the wrong car park, had to go back and move the car to the correct one. After a very long day of travel, having clear information would have been so very helpful. So, if you do need to park, the car park entrance is on West Hastings St. What3Words ref. ///lightly.boom.sector and you need to go down until an overhead sign says Hotel and Public parking. Level C and there’s a lift directly to the hotel lobby.
