15 floor falls view room. Great. Walking distance to the falls. Best informations i got was from Bellman Mike. Thanks. Really apreciated. A Roomservice maid gave us towels as we ask her. Very friendly. Also the staff on indoor parking. Eating Rodizio in the Restaurant Braza. Delicious.

Hmmm.... a lot was not the way it should be. But that is because of the scenic place of this Hotel.They don't need to take really care of the customer. Always fully booked. Asking for frësch towels. Nope. Reception is a real mass Service. The Hilton Honnor WiFi didn't work on our phones. No Help. Was about 30 minutes on phone (international roaming )with no result. The Manager gave me a 70$ reduction on our stay for that. I ask for a printed bill. It will be under your room door tomorrow. Nope. The other morning on Front desk : We dont do this because you book throug a 3 Party ( Booking) Parking can be 100 CAD/day.

Great room clean and comfortable

The onsite restaurant Corso, really poor food at very high prices. You would expect a restaurant in a Hilton Hotel to be exceptional in quality, unfortunately Corso the Italian restaurant is horrible, food over cooked, meat of poor quality tuff and tasteless. Frankly the $200 dinner blll was a complete waste and Hilton needs to know they can do better Thanks Mark Warsh

Location was very central to everything.

The charges to my credit card were extra, i.e. $5.87 and another $1.00 charge...not explained. As well, the cost of parking was not disclosed at the time we arrived ($50 for one night to park in a lot a five minute walk away!!!). We only saw it on the bill afterwards.

I loved the infinity pool. The room was very clean and overall a great room - King bed with Jacuzzi tub.

I disliked the parking cost, I feel that the parking should be included or at least discounted for guests staying at hotel. I think there should be more incentives available such as complimentary breakfast or discounted breakfast for guests.

The hotel enjoys a prime location, situated within easy walking distance of numerous attractions, shops, and dining areas. Additionally, it is conveniently connected to the casino via an air-conditioned bridge, ensuring comfortable access regardless of the weather.

The wait time for the elevators to access the rooms can be quite lengthy, often resulting in delays before guests are able to reach their accommodations. For greater guest convenience, the breakfast restaurant should ideally open by 6:00 AM instead of 7:00 AM, accommodating those who wish to have an early meal before heading to the airport or following a morning gym session. Additionally, the check-in process would benefit from improvement, as the queues are often long and can lead to extended waiting periods. Providing additional seating in the reception area would also greatly enhance the comfort of guests awaiting check-in.

Enjoyed the pool, restaurants and location.

The parking was ridiculously expensive. For the price we paid, our car should have been immediately brought to us upon checkout. Instead we had to wait 15-20 minutes after checkout for them to bring us our car. It should be noted that we had called for the car to be brought up. It’s Unacceptable for the price we’ve paid to have to wait.. considering parking is $5 across the street. We could have walked to that car lot faster than it took for them to get our car out of the lot. Parking should be less expensive for the experience we had.

Great view with falls.

We arrived by car into the checkin area of the hotel but were sent away quickly, a bit away from hotel, by a very unpleasant and arrogant person. So, I could not even drop off my kids and wife and the luggage we had. At the parking lot, though the shuttle driver saw us getting ready, he did not wait a bit, leaving us with small kids in hot sun. BTW, Hilton, that parking should be free! Then, at the end there was confusion about the payment I had made, so my card was charged again, although it seems that the same card had been charged for nearly twice the cost already. Yes, my card statement now shows that the booking was charged 3 times! Once, without the tax.

We love this hotel because of the view and how central it is to so many things on the strip. It is also so comfortable and clean.Gurneet was awesome at the desk we got $20 off our room which we weren't aware of because we were seeing a show and he switched our rooms to have a better view. We paid for Canadian Falls view he just switched to a better Canadian Falls view room. We also like the fact we didn't need to go outside because the OLG stage was upstairs as well as the enclosed walkway to the casino across the street. So when it got too hot or misty we could stay cool and dry.

This time (we have visited many times before) check in was nuts! We arrived at 4pm on a Friday and underground parking was sold out that we had to park down the street and take a shuttle (free) back to the hotel. However parking was still $55. So on our way there we saw "Rainbow Motor Inn" selling overnight parking for $20. We parked there and was able to wall back less than 5 minutes. They take cash or credit. Check-in was another boss level where it was a long lineup - thank goodness we were Hilton members we could do bypass.

The Niagara Falls view and it was very spacious big big bathroom

This isn’t really particular to the property, but we were quite disappointed to find that they were rerouting all of their guests to an adjacent parking lot because they had a conference. They offered a shuttle, but I feel like anyone going anywhere for a conference. They should be the ones on the shuttles, not the hotel guests. It was very inconvenient. The parking guy suggested a lot a few blocks down that was a lot more expensive than the one we found next-door for $10 a night. We still had to walk to and from the hotel if we wanted to get our car I’ve been to many conferences and there’s always shuttles involved. I don’t think the guests should suffer for that

This has probably the best location in the Canadian Niagara Falls hotel. I had booked King Suite with Canadian Falls View room - my room was on 29th floor - Room 2908 to be precise. This was in the South Tower. From this room - both the Falls were visible - Canadian and US. We could see the fireworks at 10pm lasting 5 mins, the lit u falls at night, the amazing morning misty views of the Fall. We absolutely loved it. 33rd Panoramic view restaurant for breakfast was top class. The hotel is nice, large and impressive. We were not allowed early check in by 10am, but we were given our room by 1pm upon request. Shops, coffee, Uber Taxi, Uber Eats delivery - all works. I cannot find any issues with the hotel. The lifts took some time in coming. Barring that - 10/10 hotel.
