15 floor falls view room. Great. Walking distance to the falls. Best informations i got was from Bellman Mike. Thanks. Really apreciated. A Roomservice maid gave us towels as we ask her. Very friendly. Also the staff on indoor parking. Eating Rodizio in the Restaurant Braza. Delicious.

Hmmm.... a lot was not the way it should be. But that is because of the scenic place of this Hotel.They don't need to take really care of the customer. Always fully booked. Asking for frësch towels. Nope. Reception is a real mass Service. The Hilton Honnor WiFi didn't work on our phones. No Help. Was about 30 minutes on phone (international roaming )with no result. The Manager gave me a 70$ reduction on our stay for that. I ask for a printed bill. It will be under your room door tomorrow. Nope. The other morning on Front desk : We dont do this because you book throug a 3 Party ( Booking) Parking can be 100 CAD/day.

Great room clean and comfortable

The onsite restaurant Corso, really poor food at very high prices. You would expect a restaurant in a Hilton Hotel to be exceptional in quality, unfortunately Corso the Italian restaurant is horrible, food over cooked, meat of poor quality tuff and tasteless. Frankly the $200 dinner blll was a complete waste and Hilton needs to know they can do better Thanks Mark Warsh

Location was very central to everything.

The charges to my credit card were extra, i.e. $5.87 and another $1.00 charge...not explained. As well, the cost of parking was not disclosed at the time we arrived ($50 for one night to park in a lot a five minute walk away!!!). We only saw it on the bill afterwards.

I loved the infinity pool. The room was very clean and overall a great room - King bed with Jacuzzi tub.

I disliked the parking cost, I feel that the parking should be included or at least discounted for guests staying at hotel. I think there should be more incentives available such as complimentary breakfast or discounted breakfast for guests.

Upon arrival, the front desk agents were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay special. To our surprise, they upgraded our room to a fantastic Niagara Falls view, and not only that, they ensured we were placed on the same floor, making our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially at night when the falls were beautifully lit up. It made our entire stay feel even more magical. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, and every part of our stay was seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be returning to Hilton Niagra Falls on our next visit and recommending it to friends and family!

We only stayed at this hotel for two nights and everything was perfect.

We always love getting a room with a spa tub, seperate from our beds and a nice view. We've gone alone and with our children and always have the same great experience. They are very spacious rooms and addition to the spa tub there is a stand up shower in the bathroom. The bathroom has always been a large size, too. The rooms never disappoint and they're always clean. We've always had a great time and if we've ever had an issue, the Hotel handles it instantly with no questions asked! Very professional and great customer service!

The plug on the one side of the bed didn't work so no lamp, couldn't charge my phone, that's where the clock was but the clock wasn't working. I guess not a huge deal :) Also wasn't expecting to pay $100 for parking per night because the regular parking was full so we had no choice but to pay for Valet. But the Valet staff were AMAZING and went above and beyond!

The view was amazing. The bathroom was clean. Glad to have a choice of coffee or tea. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were good. The selection of places to eat in the hotel or nearby are great. Happy to have Starbucks downstairs. Love the tub and the option to have the blind open or closed in the big window near the tub.

The room had an overwhelming smell of air freshener or cleaner. For someone that is sensitive to, and does not use, chemical air fresheners it was way too much. Not sure what exactly it was but way too much. The couches could use an upgrade, or at least covers to make them look not so tattered. We moved the couch a little so we could sit and look at the falls better…that part of the floor hadn’t been cleaned in awhile.

Upon arrival they upgraded our two rooms to a better view of the Canadian Falls! So kind.

The Fireplace didn't work. That was one of The reasons why I booked that particular room. I had hoped for a romantic fireplace setting for my one night alone with my husband. But we still enjoyed the jacuzzi. Although the jacuzzi wasn't clean! There was lots of soap scum around the tub. Not anything you can see but you can feel it and I hate leaning against a dirty tub with someone else's soaps scum touching my back. So we spent 5-10 minutes or so cleaning it thoroughly with what we had. Mind you I didn't call the front desk to help with the fireplace and Jacuzzi because it was very late in the evening by the time we got back.

My family and I are seasoned Niagara Falls visitors. This Hilton is always my go to. Clean rooms, cool shops, easy to find parking nearby, great views and amazing location. The staff is great, the pool is the best in the area for kids hands down. 2 pool areas one with a deep splash pad vibe. 2 hot tubs and infinity pool with stunning views. With the quick tunnel walk you are in the casino “mall” with great shops; including a food court with lots of options so you can do it on a budget without even going outside. The double rooms with the spa tub is our favourite. Tons of room and privacy without having to pay for two rooms. Get yourself a high floor and a fallsview you won’t be disappointed!

Centrally located in the strip of Niagara Falls ON. Amazing view from the Fallsview Premium room! The whirlpool tub is absolutely amazing as well! The number of amenities in the hotel are very welcome as well! Housekeeping staff did a good job of keeping the property clean and provided new linens when requested.

Parking costs are absurd, don’t park here. Fire alarm went off around 2am which was annoying but not in the hotel’s control. However, the hotel staff used intercom speakers to announce the all clear many many times. It’s hard to say how necessary this actually was but it seemed to be more times than you’d think, so it was a little disturbing so early in the morning. At the end of the day it was a safety-first situation so I understand the need to communicate to guests.
