Location is great because you have food options and public transport at your doorstep. Bencoolen MRT station is across the street (and just 50 metres down the street for the opposite direction). Same for bus stops. Food Dynasty (a small food center) is also just down the road, in addition to two 7-11s. Staff are very kind and helpful — Yash at the front desk helped us with a map of the local area and instructions on how to get around. David Yeo insisted on helping with our luggage, always went the extra mile. On checkout day, the wifi stopped working so they immediately sent someone up to our room to fix it. Since our flight was at night, they also offered to keep our luggage and later provided a complimentary room for 45min to shower and change before we headed to the airport. This last offer was unexpected and thoughtful (because Singapore can make you a bit sticky when you walk outdoors as much as we did), I wish all hotels did this. Buffet breakfast at the adjacent King's Cafe was good, the staff there were also kind and generally awesome.

Like most hotel websites, the images of the room online are stretched a fair bit, so in reality the room is tiny. It's roughly 1 ft wider than a queen bed on all sides. Still, they've managed to fit in all the appliances. Bathroom can feel cramped if you're a tall guy but manageable. Gym on 2nd floor has 2 treadmills, 1 exerbike, 1 elliptical, no weights. It opens at 0700 and if there are 4 people in there, find somewhere else to exercise. There is a small swimming pool, which we didn't use but seemed clean and inviting. Everything was clean, because it's Singapore.

Good location. Adequate size rooms for Singapore. Staff were helpful and attentive and very friendly. Property was very clean. Bathroom was equipped with plenty of towels,shampoo,soap etc. Air conditioning worked well. We just found the beds to be on the hard side and rooms had no soundproofing.

The location was amazing and in the centre of everything, it's walking distance to Bugis as well as other attractions. The metro is less than 3min walk away from the hotel and there's a taxi pick up right outside the hotel so you really are in the centre of everything. There's a few late night food places open in the general area too. The hotel was clean with drinking tap water in your room. There's aircon (very important for Singapore!!!) and a nice pool area. The best part for me was that my flight was at 2am and so I was able to store my luggage at the hotel and they offered me a 45min room to shower and freshen up before my flight! Super good customer service, I didn't know about this when I booked it and it was a godsend as walking around Singapore just automatically makes you sweat!

The rooms were very tightly packed. We booked a family room for 4 people and the beds themselves were nice however the actual space around the beds were... limited. We each had a large suitcase each plus general day bag and in order to fit everything into the room we had to push the beds to the sides just to be able to lay out our cases. There were barely any walking space after this and so the cleaners found it a struggle to make our beds each day - which is totally understandable (I wouldn't want to either! I really don't blame them). If there were just 2-3 people it would be a lot easier but for the price we can't complain too much honestly.

Location was perfect, easy access to MRT and I could get around to popular places like Marina Bay easily. The room was small but cozy, it was clean. Lot of restaurants near by and Bugis shopping mall is very close too.

It seemed the pool had too much chlorine, I could feel it in my skin and my eyes. I didn’t get to swim as much because of it. Also the toilet near the swimming pool stinks of wee and there was a rusty bin there which wasn’t pleasant to see. Beside that, everything was great.

50M from MRT station, quiet area, front desk staff very helpful, good value compared to alot of hotels in Singapore

Very good location opposite the train station. Public transport very easy to use, we got the train from the airport, one stop to Expo then changed to Downtown line for about 14 stops and the hotel was just across the road. Really easy to travel everywhere by train or bus. Good local restaurants and cafes just a couple of minutes away.

The stay at Hotel Mi was very good. We booked two rooms for 2 nights to spend 3 more days in Singapore at the end of our vacation. The rooms were just right for the short time we spent in Singapore as a family. On the last day, we were able to leave our suitcases and backpacks at the hotel so we could spend another half day looking around the city. The hotel also provided us with a room where we could shower after checkout before heading to the airport. Thanks for the nice time and the organization to the hotel team and Firdans who provided us with a room for showering on the last day.

The location was great and one minute from the MRT station. Easy to walk and find. The food court is just in front of the hotel. SMU is at the corner. The front desk staff, Firdans was very kind and professional. He helped me to receive better services at the hotel - upgraded room and breakfast. Thanks to him, my stay became better. Also, my thanks goes to the lady at the reception who served right before Firdans, who tried to get me early check-in and properly forward the words to her successor Firdans. Anyhow, I was able to get in the room earlier so that I was able to take a rest. Thanks to the staff, I had a great stay at the hotel. Thank you!

There is one thing I would not strongly suggest - the breakfast. Well, it might be a typical Singaporean style and value but seemed to be overpriced if it were needed to pay additionally for that. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops are available nearby. I'm not complaining about the breakfast though.

It is located in the city center, with easy access to public transport (Very close to Bencoolen MRT Station) and other means of transport, which makes it very easy to go to different parts of the city. All the tourist attractions are near the hotel. The rooms are clean and well-lit. Breakfast is delicious, unlimited and addresses needs of Western as well as Asian visitors. The staff is very friendly and the service was really good. Thumbs up to Hotel MI on all these fronts. Laundrette, Swimming Pool, Gym facilities available

Location was very good. Took the metro from airport and was super easy to get to hotel. Clean rooms, supplies provided, - no hand towels, just bath and mat. Metro next door and you could connect to many places. Walkable to many attractions, and if not, a short metro ride would get you there. Walkable to Orchard road and malls, or use metro for short ride.

Nothing. You can hear your neighboring if speaking loudly but didn’t bother me to keep me up from sleeping.
