Location is great as well friendly stuff. Go green program is great.

Breakfast is good, however it needs improvement as well its price. Hotel’s lobby needs to have a refresher smell devises across it as sometimes a bad smell due to pluming issue is being spread.

I’ve stayed at the Cumberland many times, and I think it’s ideal for first-time visitors to London. The hotel is cozy, clean, and reasonably priced, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for convenience and value in the heart of the city.

The hotel has a lot going for it, but I noticed an unpleasant smell at the entrance, which could be improved for a better first impression. Additionally, it would be great if the bathrooms were equipped with bidets, especially considering how popular this hotel is with guests from the GCC region. Adding this feature would enhance the experience for many visitors.”

Great location Next to tube station

Smell from the toilet was really bad The cheeky taxi driver outside who tried to charge us £60 to Euston station insisting he was a limo When posing as a taxi He never intimated he was a limo until he wanted to rip us off for the trip at the end of the journey Black cab was £14 from Euston We didnt pay him just paid rhe same as we would have for black cab He said he was employed by the hotel I threatened him with the police he soon backed down so beware

Ideal location close to major stores, restaurants and cafes. Good buffet breakfast with a vast selection to choose. A well run hotel with helpful and friendly staff (special thanks to SONNY and MICHAEL H from hotel receptionist). For sure I will be staying here again.

The window of my room (6032) can’t be closed completely and it was letting in cold air from outside. I informed the Hotel Receptionist after I have discovered this problem and he promised to fix the window, but nothing happened. The next day I contacted the receptionists again and told them about the same issue and it was not fixed, but the window was still not repaired and the cold air continued to enter my room through the window until I left the hotel after four days!

bed not comfortable also too small. most of the facilities in the room wasn't available such as toothbrush,slippers and towels wasn't enough for tow person.

Location, food and the bars atmosphere

Staff were not trained correctly. Bathroom, Shower and sinks had blockages. Bed bugs - room change was disjointed - lift/room geography and operation was poor

-There was no one to get our luggage from the taxi on arrival we were looking for someone which we didn’t like -Small room Small beds -No laundry bag in the room -Delay in laundry pick up /late arrival it was with receptionist and they didn’t tell us about it

The location was the best, and the room was bigger than you’d expect in London, and the bed and bedding was top class.

The hotel is very big so feel a little bit like a factory, and the breakfast felt a bit unfresh, although there was a lot of choice.

Extremely clean and modern hotel, right next to the Marble Arch underground station, on the central line, in proximity to many of the city's top attractions. The food provided for breakfast was good quality and quite varied.

The queen size bed was quite small for two adults, although I guess these are the standard dimensions. The drinks available at breakfast were not particularly tasty, especially the coffee left a lot to be desired. Also, it could get a bit hectic around 9 AM, so I suggest trying to go down for breakfast earlier, if you wish to avoid the queues.

The staff were super friendly, it was very clean and modern and the hotel was extremely well located. The bed was very comfy!

I ordered room service during my stay and it said a 30 minute wait. However it ended up taking 50-60 minutes. Further, when it did I arrive I was only given a knife and fork (no spoon and I had icecream) and there was a limited supply of sauces and no salt. For my main, I had the fish and chips and it wasn’t hot and wasn’t that nice. However I didn’t want to complain as it was around 11:45pm and I was extremely tired and just wanted to sleep, so I barely ate any of it. The brownie, however, was very tasty but the icecream had already melted when it got to my room. If I was to stay at the hotel again, I wouldn’t order room service.
