I loved everything about the hotel. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations — everything was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the hotel staff for their outstanding service, particularly Ms. Joud. She was not only incredibly kind but also exceptionally efficient, managing our check-in swiftly even with the hotel being very busy. Her assistance truly set the tone for a wonderful stay, and I’m grateful for the positive start she provided. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will undoubtedly choose this hotel again in the future.

The hotel lives up to RC standards which I was extremely happy to experience after some rough days elsewhere. The bed and bedding (pure cotton sheets) is just heavenly. Everything was impeccably clean and I enjoyed the complimentary plate of fruits and chocolates. Instead of a large breakfast in the rather noisy breakfast room I had a divine pistachio croissant and coffee at the quiet hotel café. All the pastries looked amazing. I also recommend the rooftop restaurant with a fantastic view over the roofs of Amman.

I love children and wish for them to have parents who would be able and responsible enough to teach them how to behave in public spaces. Unfortunately I encountered quite the opposite.

From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality and attention to detail at The Ritz was extraordinary. The lobby’s grandeur set the tone for a sophisticated and luxurious stay. My room was impeccably designed, combining classic elegance with modern comfort—plush bedding, high-end amenities, and a stunning view of the city. The highlight was undoubtedly the service: every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely eager to ensure my stay was perfect. The on-site restaurants offered a delightful culinary journey—especially the exquisite breakfast buffet that catered to every taste.

I was very disappointed that when I checked out, the hotel personnel refused to order a taxi for me and insisted that I use a Hotel car which was double the price. Every hotel in the world gets a taxi if you ask for it.

My spouse and I recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Amman for one night to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the level of luxury and attention to detail was impeccable. I had requested an anniversary cake, and to our delight, not only did they prepare it beautifully, but they also included a bag of delicious chocolates. This thoughtful touch set the tone for our entire stay. The room was incredibly spacious, with every comfort you could imagine. Everything about our stay was exceptional, and we will most definitely return to the Ritz-Carlton Amman. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and personalized experience!

The room was better in person than on the website even though I liked the pictures when I decided to book there. The bed was perfect. The best sleep I've had in a long time. The staff was more pleasant and helpful when needed.

I had ordered the cheese cake earlier during the day and enjoyed it so much, I ordered another one later that evening. The second slice of cheesecake had a piece of plastic inside of it. That change my mood the rest of the evening.

I love the people who work there, particularly the receptionist Ashraf. He is so accommodating, kind, professional, and caring. Love his smile as well. The young guys who work at pool area are also very nice. They are the gem of Ritz Carlton.

Overall experience was great we booked two rooms including breakfast, the breakfast was very nice with a wide selection of foods and drink options 😋. On the last day we asked if our checkout could be delayed the staff offerd us a free late checkout till 4 oclock which was great. A few highlights of my stay was the lady in the lobby who played the harp which very soothing and created an atmosphere of elegance. Also finally on the last day while we were sitting in the lobby we got talking to a member of staff her name was Leah she gave us a short history of the hotel and back ground information on some of the art pieces in the hotel she was lovely and very friendly.

Great room interior, spacious room,spacious bathroom, modern, comfy beds and very luxurious. The staff were all friendly and the facilities and the pool are very nice. Top 3 in Amman now for sure!

The reception staff were a bit lost but I assume cause its still a new hotel they should surly work on that.

The hotel is excellent and brand new. For a new hotel the service is impeccable too. It’s hard to fault in all honest and compares favourably against the St R and 4S
