It is very close to the jr ueno station.

It was a bit hard to find the hotel initially when we got out of the train station but once we found the hotel we found it very easy to access by using the overpass from the station. however, be aware of the operation hour of the lift and elevator for the overpass. We had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs when we left early in the morning.

Great location on the edge of a quiet neighborhood but just steps from a major hub train and metro station, major brand stores and the great Ueno park with its zoo and many museums. Friendly staff were always happy to help. Comfortable bed. Very fast Wi-Fi. Cheap and fast laundry machines. Free filtered water. Clean towels and robes every day. Great price for its location and accommodations.

Rooms may feel a little cramped if you have a lot of luggage. No city views. The toilet in the room will be a little cramped for people over 6 feet tall.

1. Location is our primary choice of this hotel. The hotel was close to Ueno station, which is the last stop of Skyliner train from the Narita airport. However, Ueno station is very big. When we tried to walked to the hotel with our luggage, we found that it was not that easy. We tried to avoid taking the stairs and it was difficulty to find the right exit to access escalator or lift. 2. The hotel was located in a quiet street and was within a minute walking distance (100m) to Toyota car rental shop. So it was very convenient for us to pick up our rental car the next day. 3. A coffee cafe was only a block away from the hotel. 4. They provided complimentary coffee drip bag. 5. Great value for money in terms of its location.

1. The height of the bathtub is a bit high, thus inconvenient to step inside. 2. When I tried to get some water from the lobby floor, I found a small insect on the top of the water jar cover. I told the staff to clean it.

The location of the hotel is superb, the keisei skyliner station at ueno is within 1 km walking distance, and the ginza line and yamanote line is within 500 meters of walking. There are plenty of restaurant nearby with relatively good ratings, not to mention the lawson and 7-11 konbini. The staff are friendly and well verse in English. The room is cleaned on a daily basis.

Perhaps adopt sustainability practice like not replacing the toothbrush on a daily basis. However, I do appreciate replacing the towel on a daily basis.

The location is perfect, just in front of Ueno station and surrounded by konbini and restaurants. It's still a quiet area too, so I really liked it. The staffs were so helpful, even when we got a delivery delay from Yamato. I forgot the name of the receptionist, but the male one was really helpful and kind. The room is really small tho, especially the bathroom, and the halls look old. But for the price we paid, I think it was still good value.

Good find in near Ueno Station. Good value for money. Older hotel but the rooms seems bigger than the newer business-type hotels around. Some couches in the foyer to sit around in - not very common in most of these type of accom. Two izakayas very nearby and a takoyaki and onigiri shop also.

I like relaxing in the Japanese-style communal baths - this place doesn't have one.

Super convenient location close to Uneo train station. Direct access to Narita airport and a great place to access the rest of greater Tokyo. Plenty of food and retail options within walking distance. Room is small but 4 seperate beds were a welcome treat and enough room to spread out all the bags! Floor was a little dusty - But rest of the room was very clean and tidy. Staff were super helpful and even looked after our bags for the day before we caught an evening flight out.

The hotel had such amazing staff. The room was quite small! My husband was 6’2” so the ceiling was a bit low for him and he had to duck under the door a bit😅 Not much room to sit and lounge. It got even tighter in there with our luggages! There is only 1 washer and dryer. But overall, I loved it there! We literally only stay there to sleep, use the restroom and unload our shopping bags!

Slight Musky smell when first entering room but goes off after opening window and airing, maybe due to the heat or carpet needs refreshing. Need to step up and down to bathroom

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We had a small issue during our stay, and it was resolved immediately with care and professionalism. Their service really stood out and made our stay more comfortable.
