Excellent location. The restaurant and bar area was very nice. I'm quite a picky eater, but I found the breakfast menu to be a very pleasant surprise, good variety of dishes. I had the avocado toast and the french toast. Both were excellent and the dishes were presented with care. Impressive even for us picky eaters.

The minimum tempurature allowed in the room was 21 degrees(c) which was incredibly uncomfortable. I wouldn't even set my highest heat at home over 20. Even with the heat off, the ambient temp in the building made the room feel overheated. Staff were kind enough to come open the window upon request, but it was only a slight vent and I was quite uncomfortable both nights. I understand people have different comfort levels with tempurature, but to not allow temps below 21 is unreasonble in my opinon. It would've been much more comfortable if I could've controlled my own tempurature and set it around 17-18 degrees. I hope the hotel reconsiders their tempurature policy to better accomodate ALL guests.

The propriety is perfectly located. Kept well clean. No funny smells. Excellent restaurant and lounge on property. You are a walking distance from any main attractions of Dublin. The best rated pizza of Dublin is right across the street from the lobby. Safe neighborhood. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Sean is amazing on giving advice of places to go and the way around by walking, train, tram, etc. the best. The decoration is inspiring. You cannot not get breakfast there. Amazing options and for 17.50 per person, awesome value. Will definitely stay there again next time.

- mini fridge was not working - it was not fixed or exchanged after reporting - the shower needs a better water retainer so it does not go to the floor. However, amazing shower heads options.

Location is great! Room was quiet, bed comfortable. We had breakfast one day and it was good too. The staff were very friendly. We left our luggages after check out and it was fine. They provided the power adapter, water was offered everyday as well as the coffee capsules. We didn’t like the bed covers and the fact that the bed was two singles put together. One thing that bothered us a lot was that the water from the shower leaked a lot into the room, the rugs were soaked and it made a mess everyday. The flush for the toilet was quite hard too. Our room was the 608 in the building of the back.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room (Double) was smaller than what we are used to in North America, but we didn't need more than that for the two of us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is excellent and within walking distance to all the tourist destinations we wanted to see ( Dublin Castle, St Patrick's Cathedral, Christ Church Cathedral, Dublinia, etc). The food was excellent! Especially the Burger and the Peruvian Chicken! The room is very high teck with little panels for all lights throughout the room, not used to this, so had to ask how to keep the lights on lol. Once we figured ghat out, it was smooth sailing! We didn't need any adapters for our phones as they have usb ports on the nightstands.

The things I didn't like was the mesh wire ceiling tiles by the door, I assume to house the electrical for the room, i don't know, there were little green lights and every now and then a blue one would flash. The other thing is the windows are not sound proof and we backed on an alleyway which was very loud when people walked through, like they were in the room next to you, but it was shortlived as they walked through.

Loved this hotel! We had a brilliant 3-day stay here. We arrived really early at 10 am but they gave us our room straight away...10am! that never happens unless you pay for it. The location is perfect and a short stroll to all of the places we wanted to visit. The room was beautiful with a lovely big shower. It had every facility we needed. All of the staff were amazing! I mean really amazing! So helpful and friendly. The barstaff went to great effort to make my favourite cocktal a frozen margarita. The breakfast was really good with lots of selection and everything tasted great. The food in the evening was good too, and it was nice to chill and listen to the live singer after a busy day. The hotel looks pretty cool, too, with lots of interesting artwork. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks, guys 😊👍

Very little to dislike. The only negative experience we had was when trying to order room service. After a long day out, we called to order food 20 minutes before it ended, but we kept getting cut off. After several attempts, we gave up and had to go out to get a takeaway. Also a strange one was a room near us had 6 dirty glasses on the floor outside. This was when we arrived at 10 am on Friday. A day later, they got moved to the floor next to the elevator and remained there until Sunday night. It became a game to guess whether they'd still be there each time we returned. Really nothing major!

Couldn’t fault the hotel. Had everything we needed for a short break.I want to thank a few key members of staff. Diego and Stefanio in the restaurant . Always smiling and also came over to say hello and check on us when ever we were there. Made us so welcome . These guys were awesome. Want to thank the chefs in the kitchen. Didn’t get their names….but boy they can make a good Irish breakfast. There chicken wings were amazing and bout oh boy the burger with the bone marrow was out of this world. We are now on a detox. Oh and thank you to the gentleman with the beard on reception. So sorry couldn’t remember you name. What a per fee ext h go oat checking us in and making sure we were good. Thanks to the manager who gave us an upgrade ❤️❤️❤️👍🏽👍🏽 Thank you everyone and we will return again

The location is great. Everything is close by. The staff is highly qualified and attentive. The service at the hotel is excellent. Water is always at the entrance, the strawberries are simply delicious. Check-in is fast. Upon check-in, they upgraded the room category, it was unexpected and wonderful. There is a coffee machine and sweets and Easter decorations in the room. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The rooms are well designed and made with high quality, interesting decor. Bathrobe, slippers, everything was important. The breakfast is delicious and varied. I was especially pleased that it is prepared personally for each person. The hotel exceeded expectations. I recommend it. Next time I will stay only there.

Everything excellent

The staff was incredible! So friendly and helpful, and even offered us prosecco upon checking in! Both of our rooms were clean and updated, and one of them was super spacious, I assume it was an accessible room and that was why there was such a difference, but either way both rooms were great. They also have a restaurant on-site that looked good though we didn't eat there and had some old video games in the lobby that we ended up playing with for a good hour while waiting on our dinner reservations.

It seemed a little pricey, but we also stayed during St. Patrick's weekend, when all the hotels in the area are expensive, so I feel that isn't too much of a downside. It felt like a good price compared to other hotels and for what we got.

In room found Dirty Pair of Ladies Underwear behind chair. Does not look like cleaner did too well. I do have photo if you wish to see. Also have price Query when booked it was £595 but was charged £620.38 . at time of booking exchange rate not moved that much from date of stay. Did not find out that had changed hand before stay as was looking forward to seeing memorabilia would have been nice to know before hand, also when we booked in all ok. but when other friends booked in they got a free drink at bar this we did not receive why ?

The staff were absolutely amazing, attentive and Informative we had the most amazing stay for Valentines weekend and loved our hotel and room too it was so cool and the rooms so technical and attention to detail is incredible. I asked one of the bartenders to make me a drink I always have when out on Belfast (pear drop) and after showing him the ingredients he made it perfectly.Breakfast was also delicious and the room service breakfast even more so

The only thing we were not fond of was the room cleaning service as we asked for our room to be cleaned between 12-2 while we were out and unfortunately it wasn’t which is not anyone’s fault they were probably although we would’ve liked new towels
