Location was okay. Not great, not terrible. We chose it because it was in the middle of the way between work and some sightseeing we had in plan for free days. Nearby are some restaurants, Carrefour market and Starbucks. Metro station is cca. 15-20 minutes of walking away. Room was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable and huge. Bathroom was clean, I did wish for a bit more water pressure in the shower, but that is my personal preference. Breakfast was, again - not perfect, but far from terrible. Restaurant where they serve breakfast is quite small, given how many guests the hotel can hots, so there were days where it was quite crowded. Food selection was good. There are free transfers to the malls and beaches, free - we used one to get to the JBR Beach. The bus was full so maybe have a plan b if you are not able to use the bus. Most of the time we travelled with combination of metro and taxi, if you plan your trips it is the most efficient way to see Dubai and travel around. Wifi was flying, when they say high-speed internet, it really is high-speed!

On the first day we went to Abu Dhabi and concierge got us a taxi, but was quite more expensive than "normal" taxi. If you are careful about the expenses, then maybe ask for regular taxi. We actually didn't mind, because it was a longer trip and it was more comfortable like this but it was cca. 30% more expensive in comparison to taxi. And, on the last two days, they forgot to give us the hand towels (we left them on the rails, to be reused but they changed them, well, not change, as they forgot to give the hand towels back).

I have asked many times for an iron in the room, they always said they will send it and never did

Very clean and quiet wide rooms. The staff were really very friendly. The staff in reception were supportive.

The breakfast can be improved. The coffee machines are with not high quality. Fruits can be added and yogurt in addition to more options of nuts. Bread types shall be added. The restaurant location in the flat tower shall be open to accommodate more guests as both towers guests were crouched in the flat tower restaurant.

Unfortunately booked was with breakfast from booking but when reach hotel surprised without and when refer to booking nothing supported. This is the last time thing to reserve with booking as no support to their customer although requested proof of room rate and sent but no support got !!!

The view, the cleanliness, the welcoming atmosphere and screen welcoming as my name was written, the quiet air conditioning system.

The breakfast could have been of more variety. The guy who prepares the omelette is inhumanely treated as he is cooking the omelette outside in a hot weather, I think the management could treat their staff better than this.

Good lay of breakfast. The free shuttles to the various malls and other touristy areas is a great idea.

Breakfast area was super crowded, abit discouraged to go for breakfast the next day. The pillows were not fluffy… something that can be improved.
