Wouldn't take my card so I didn't stay but while I was there I saw the lady behind the counter deny a black lady the use of the restroom then 10 mins later they opened the door for a Mexican man to use ...they claimed he was an employee but not in uniform and well dressed like a traveler ...when I said something they told me to mind my own business then I noticed the lady had taken her name tag off that's when I left...I wanted to report this to news channel 3 and still might....that's unacceptable and for her to tell me to mind my own business ...I'm very upset and have started to spread the word to all my friends who travel a lot and on my Facebook...this can't go in attended...employee or not...that lady was clean cut with her husband and was in diar straits and they cared not....nothing...cold ... I can only wish karma comes to them and you establishment if that's what is practiced there

The counter lady could have been more selective when she said can't use my card but she has a look and almost smelled as she turned me away...I've never felt so belittled in my life...thanks guys... Class act

This is a budget friendly, centrally located hotel if you have a night or 2 in Phoenix. Initially, there was a discrepancy between the room we booked and what we were assigned- the manager on duty immediately gave us the room we had booked. The room was clean, had good air conditioning and good shower pressure. Grab and go breakfast includes coffee, oatmeal, muffins and granola bars- a perfect little quick snack. Pro-tip: if your room is missing a hairdryer, borrow one from the front desk.

This hotel is in a great location, many stores and restaurants nearby. It's a great place to stay if you have kids like I do. The staff is always a pleasure to meet. Rooms are always clean and we feel comfortable everytime we stop and stay there. I would highly recommend

There's nothing really for me to dislike about this hotel

I'm a contractor/real estate developer use this location to put up crews when working on Phoenix projects. They offer fair pricing and a good quality room.

The room was very clean when we entered, liked it had a fridge, small stove, microwave, nice size tv. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely go again and recommend it to anyone.

Wish tjey would have some usb connections in outlets

Good location that was within minutes of Phoenix Zoo and Butterfly Wonderland. Several stores and restaurants near by.

Room was descent but had a musty smell when we walked in. Could have been cleaned a little bit better.

The staff are trained very well. They were warm and friendly and i didnt feel like i was just another person checking in. Lori made sure everything in my room met my expectations. Told me about breakfast, if i needed more towels and sheets, guest laundry and she even offered dishes if i needed it. I hated to leave. The room was nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet. It was a really nice stay. I would definitely recommend.

We were a displaced family and Maricopa County was helping us with our stay thru emergency housing. I went to pick up a check from the maricopa office got all the way back to the hotel and they wouldnt accept the check for my two week stay. I understand not many places these days take checks but you would think because it was a check from the state that it would have been accepted. I called corporate and had to leave message on a Friday afternoon. They had to move my family and i to another hotel that would accept the check. That was $1200 that was lost for your business. Other than everything else was great.

The location was amazing and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The second room was perfect

The first room was not completed or clean but the host moved us right away. Parking at the second room was hard as one car had cones blocking the parking spot right in front of our room.

It was quiet.

No assistance on moving my belongings from off e to my room. No baggage carts available. The side of where I stayed had no ramps only 3-5 inch curbs. Difficult to maneuver with walker.
