The room was very nice and very well apportioned. The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was excellent for our needs which was a stop over for the night on our way to Illinois and to see the Gateway Arch. We enjoyed the casino and dinner at the restaurant in the Horseshoe Casino adjacent to the Hotel Lumiere at the Arch via a skybridge. The staff was very friendly and the check in/ check out process could not have been easier. l

The only disappointment with the whole stay was that there was not a hot tub or sauna for guests any longer.

The location was pretty good, really close from where I was attending the game. The room was clean, and I wasn't expecting having a couch inside of my room. And then, the casino, it's really tempting, but maybe next time I will go over there, looks pretty nice as far as I could tell.

I didn't liked to pay security deposity, on booking they didn't mention that. I was charged for early check in. BASICALLY EVERYTHING RELATED TO THE FINAL PRICE, BESIDES WHAT I DID PAY BEFORE.

The room was fantastic. Very clean. Extremely comfortable. Very reasonable room rate. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Awesome view of the river. (5th floor, facing North)

I was there in early February and while not freezing, the room was little cold, and I couldn't get the heating unit to increase the temperature. Only major downside to my stay: Wi-fi was practically non-existent.

The room was ready for check-in an hour early as promised. It was clean, nice decor, and chilly on a hot day. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on! I accidentally locked us out, staff were super helpful and efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

One set of elevators broke down the first night. We simply used the ones on opposite side, though they were busier. We had hoped to use the pool. Maybe next trip.

Room was spacious and relaxing, bed was comfortable. Staff friendly on check in. Short half mile walk to the Arch.

Hotel fee for parking and wifi but wifi was weak and cut out regularly. No food in hotel but available next door at the casino. Hotel was safe but felt less safe in surrounding area.

All they rooms like 1 bed room apartment the staff is has great attitudes. Very informative. And went above and beyond after I left something in the room.

Both elevators was broken. It start out as one than when it was time to check out the other elevator broke. So we had to walk down with our stuff. But other than that I have no complaints.

The hotel itself is very beautiful and it's within walking distance of several places including restaurants and The Arch. It's connected to a casino with a walking tunnel that takes you across the major road to access even more things without having to navigate crosswalks and traffic in a very busy area. The beds are large and comfortable, and the rooms overall are very nice.

The rooms were very, very dark with ugly yellow lighting in the main sitting area. One of the lights in the bathroom was out, and the one in the closet barely let out any light. One of the lamps had damage to the shade that they tried to cover up by turning the lamp so you couldn't easily access the switch used to turn the light on.

We didn’t have breakfast. We loved the location. So convenient to the Dome for the P!nk concert.

1 of the 2 elevators was not working. It just happened to be the one right outside our room. So having to walk to the other end of the hotel was a bit of an issue.

I didn't like the fact that they had my first & last in the system backwards & it made it kind of hard for them to find my reservation. Had to sit in the parking lot for almost a hour until they realized what they did

Comfortable ,convenient location to main city amenities. Staff was very polite and helpful. Hotel design very well thought out and spacious. Pleasant and relaxing hotel center .Decor and water relief made the space.

Construction in the area made navigating in a car difficult but perfect for Walking just feet from main historic monuments,dining and entertainment District.Pool was not open but other options for family entertainment close by. City museums,Zoo,Cardinals baseball,Forest Park short cab , Metrolink or car ride away.Close to city metro link and public transportation such as Delmar loop attractions.
