The room was very nice and very well apportioned. The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was excellent for our needs which was a stop over for the night on our way to Illinois and to see the Gateway Arch. We enjoyed the casino and dinner at the restaurant in the Horseshoe Casino adjacent to the Hotel Lumiere at the Arch via a skybridge. The staff was very friendly and the check in/ check out process could not have been easier. l

The only disappointment with the whole stay was that there was not a hot tub or sauna for guests any longer.

We had a huge window looking directly at the arch. Gateway Arch national park is only a few blocks walk. Great to have to find a place to park near the arch. The Cobblestone STL is a great place just one block away for coffee, breakfast, lunch. They also have beer on tap and a happy hour. 360 Rooftop bar on the 26th floor of the Hilton, only 2 blocks from the arch has great food, views and reasonable prices.

The location was pretty good, really close from where I was attending the game. The room was clean, and I wasn't expecting having a couch inside of my room. And then, the casino, it's really tempting, but maybe next time I will go over there, looks pretty nice as far as I could tell.

I didn't liked to pay security deposity, on booking they didn't mention that. I was charged for early check in. BASICALLY EVERYTHING RELATED TO THE FINAL PRICE, BESIDES WHAT I DID PAY BEFORE.

The room was fantastic. Very clean. Extremely comfortable. Very reasonable room rate. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Awesome view of the river. (5th floor, facing North)

I was there in early February and while not freezing, the room was little cold, and I couldn't get the heating unit to increase the temperature. Only major downside to my stay: Wi-fi was practically non-existent.

The wifi sucks! No breakfast options Room cleaning only when asked Front desk staff were not friendly Liquid soap in the shower was empty when i arrived.

Location was great as we had meetings at the Dome. less than a 10 minute walk.

We were there 10 days and they didn't clean our room even once. You have to ask for cleaning - which I did - but nobody came.

Room was spacious and relaxing, bed was comfortable. Staff friendly on check in. Short half mile walk to the Arch.

Hotel fee for parking and wifi but wifi was weak and cut out regularly. No food in hotel but available next door at the casino. Hotel was safe but felt less safe in surrounding area.

The room was ready for check-in an hour early as promised. It was clean, nice decor, and chilly on a hot day. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on! I accidentally locked us out, staff were super helpful and efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

One set of elevators broke down the first night. We simply used the ones on opposite side, though they were busier. We had hoped to use the pool. Maybe next trip.

All they rooms like 1 bed room apartment the staff is has great attitudes. Very informative. And went above and beyond after I left something in the room.

Both elevators was broken. It start out as one than when it was time to check out the other elevator broke. So we had to walk down with our stuff. But other than that I have no complaints.

I am booking the room in the hotel, and when I arrive there I was travel driving from Michigan And I arrive they don’t let me in the hotel because the time is was after 12 but my money already cut from my account Refund money
