The included breakfast was very complete, good fresh fruit, convenient service as one day we needed to rush off to the Graduation, others did not so buffet was convenient. Host Happy Hour was great relaxing, we got some snacks for our grandson to tide him over before dinner. Pool was small but a nice distraction for grandson. We liked the big rooms and separate areas they offered our family group. location- easy pleasant walk to the Graduation Ceremony at Golden one. Should out to the Valets and Registration Desk they were helpful, attentive, quick. Protests and Pride Parade were happening nearby and at one point right in front and they were all smooth and gracious.

All was great. better than I expected, I had different ages but we all enjoyed.

Location was close to Sutter Health ball park. Easy to walk to within 5-10 minutes. Breakfast selection was good - was even able to take tray back to room to eat. The staff that was cleaning was very friendly and attentive. Enjoyed having extra living room space with couch and another tv. Bathroom was big and clean.

Found a dirty underwear in one of the cabinets. Pool was small and strong smell of chlorine. Limited equipment in exercise room. Valet parking overnight was expensive $45. Would have liked option to self park for less. Manager's reception, only offered alcoholic drinks, we're not drinkers. Need more variety.

The location was great, bordering Old Town Sac and a direct view to the state capitol. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was what one would expect from a hotel: powdered eggs, myriad bread options, waffles. However, they did have a chef cooking omelets, which was a nice touch.

When we pulled in, the valets were quick to attend to us, offering to grab our luggage. I declined, as is my custom. Upon leaving the next morning, the valet service gave me the key and made us walk to the car parked on the side of the hotel. It was unexpected and for $45, I feel the service should have been better. We did bring this to management's attention, who promptly refunded us.

--I enjoyed the breakfast on Sunday and Monday mornings; good variety. I had a late lunch at the restaurant and appreciated that it was open. --I appreciated having enough lighting, especially in the living room since it tends to be dark. --Loved the 'gift shop' which was really a mini-mart. Very convenient.

--For me, I really disliked the bathroom door! It opened out and towards the bedroom, which was very inconvenient, clumsy, even. Poor design! --Also, the bar was much too high, making that inconvenient as well. If I were sharing the room with another, the bar sink would be nice to have for the roommate to brush her teeth and wash her face, for instance. --We were at your hotel to prep for a wedding and needed a cart to bring stuff up to the room; there was a shortage of carts at 9:45 on Sunday morning. We had to wait and then approached guests to grab a cart when they were done loading their vehicle.

On a scale of 1-10, my stay was a 15! Everything and everyone is wonderful, all providing me a relaxing and stress free stay, all staff service is excellent. In fact I checked out of my room right into the largest room I could get for another 11 nights, has a bathtub and almost twice the living space as my previous room. I admit it's pretty pricey for it but so far I absolutely do not regret it, well worth it! Keep up the good work, I'll definitely being recommending this hotel to everyone!

Needs an indoor spa and a sauna, other than that it's heavenly!

The breakfast hall workers are humourous and friendly and bathrooms are clean at all the time.

The bathroom in the suite has no ventilating fan and when I asked front desk, they seemed having no idea about the fan. They are right because after our comprehensive search we concluded that there is No Fan in the bathroom. I don't understand what the hotel did not brief their workers about the room equipment comprehensively and after remodeling.I feel sorry for bothering them two times for this "fake issue". No plastic cup for brushing teeth and I needed to use the Whiskey glass for this purpose. It is so funny🤣 Unfortunately, no indoor slippers in room.

We were there for Ironman, excellent location, incredible breakfast, nice Happy Hour. Staff very attentive and “on it”, no matter the task! Patrick is your shining star. He is Mr. Hospitality! He cares so much about the guest experience, remembers your name, and family members. He has a constant smile and goes out of his way to assist you. He is the face of your reception area. He exceeds everyone else at the station, the difference is his engagement, interest, and joy in what he does. I hope he gets recognized for the difference he makes! Your breakfast omelette chefs are amazing, 300+ a day that are high quality and done so quickly! Nice spacious rooms, great housecleaning teams!

Hiking your rates to 3x the normal rates due to the event. It incongruent with our Hilton and Embassy suites experience and your value of putting the guest first. Come on, 3x the normal rates! The mattress in room 710 needs to be replaced. The worn springs fully impact a good nights rest. I had great difficulty sleeping. Your convenience store needs ice cream!!

The food , in the small restaurant was very good! Very fresh. The employees were very nice. The facility was very clean.

The bed ( mattress and pillows ) were very uncomfortable. The bathroom amenities were very basic. This was a jr suite yet there were only 2 coffee cups and 2 water glasses for 3 guest. The suite would have easily slept 6 people. The guest parking was expensive at $36.00 per night and was not advertised so quite surprising. The next morning it took at least 15 minutes to retrieve the car and for one customer in line…the car could not be found. The happy hour had screaming, uncontrolled children in the bar area .

The breakfast was incredible and I appreciated how big the seating area was. The overall atmostphere was relaxing. Our room was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible.

The only issue I had was the room was too warm even with the thermostat set as low as it went. I think adding ceiling fans or standing fans would have helped with the temperature. The fan in the sitting room made it very comfortable in there but the bedroom was too hot.

A great suite, with separate lounge/dining area, and great bedroom with two double beds, and very good bathroom. The evening "reception" for guests was also very welcome, offering a range of free drinks and snacks (with paying upgrade options). This was ideal for a pre-dinner drink. The breakfast was very good, with a wide choice, including made to order omelettes, with a huge range of fillings, on top of the hot food available from the self-service buffet. We also used the car valet system (for an extra payment), which worked seamlessly. All staff encountered were cheerful, polite and very helpful.
