Very friendly staff. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was quiet in the room. Good location (<10 minutes from the wedding we attended). Ample choices for breakfast. Except for the carpet, the room was clean and comfortable.

Parking was a bit of a hassle(across the street), for the price, and only one entrance we could use. The refrigerator was not cold at all, even when thermostat was adjusted. It didn't look like the floor had been vacuumed (found ring laying slightly under a cabinet, which I turned in, and bits of debris on main traffic area in room). Was Not impressed with the coffee provided in the room, but we did get some downstairs in the morning.

Excellent Location. Very nice facility. Excellent Location. Did not like parking lot was full after paying hotel for parking and told my car would be towed if parked in drop off lane. Please fix that.

Did not have enough bath towels. Staff did not provide clean towels when we asked. Staff said they had a towel shortage. This went on the entirety of our 4 day stay. Staff was not overly helpful.

I wasn’t sure where to park and ended up calling the hotel after driving around and spoke to Albie. He was at the front desk when I checked in and he was so helpful and friendly. Later, we stopped again at the desk because we had planned to Uber to T-Mobile because we had read that it was at least a 15 minute walk and it was cold. Albie was as excited as we were that we were going to see Pink in concert AND he told us a shortcut so we were able to get to T-Mobile in 5 minutes. He went above and beyond and saved us money by taking the time to share his knowledge with us. Every single worker at the hotel should be as helpful and friendly as Albie!! Thank you Albie!

For some reason we only had one large towel in the bathroom and housekeeping attempted to walk into our room, after only knocking twice, no announcement and it was only 10am. Check out was 11am. I’m glad we had the door stopper on or he would have walked right in and we were just getting out of the shower. It definitely would not have been good.

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. The bathroom amenities are a step above. The breakfast was delicious and hot. All of the staff is extremely nice. The KC trolley runs right out the front door, and there are tons of great day and night drink spots within walking distance.

It did seem like we could hear more noise than I expect to hear it in a hotel, from the surrounding rooms and hallway.

KC Streetcar stops right in front of hotel, it’s completely free and our only mode of transportation during our stay since it was so convenient! Staff was stressed over volleyball tournament and it showed. We asked if they were ok and you could tell they were never truly asked about it. They appreciated us asking and their whole moods changed when being acknowledged. I hope the company sees how hard they work and show their appreciation. The staff were amazing and very attentive. Starbucks located downstairs and breakfast is included in the stay so enjoy it! You need your room key to access the elevators which I think is absolutely amazing since the hotel is right off a Main Street. very secure.

Parking there was a fee, but I didn’t know why since it was a parking lot with just cameras. across from the hotel’s lot there was neighboring hotel parking lots that had gates and cameras to ensure the safety of their guest’s vehicles.

Room was excellent! Bed in the room was not against the wall back to the other rooms bed! I value that so much. Room was also big and spacious. Love the built in reading lights in the headboard! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, seamless check in. No real complaints with this one it is an excellent place in downtown KC!

Traffic on the street below can be a bit loud, but that is excpected for the location of the hotel. I could hear it, but it did not keep me up at night.

We liked that the street car stopped in front of the hotel. We liked that we could walk to the wedding venue . I liked the relative quiet and the large lobby which was comfortable to sit in. Restaurant across the street was good/

No seltzer water to buy.

The location is great. You can walk to T Mobile arena or the Kauffman Center. There is a street car outside the front door that can take you to Union Station or the River Market area. There are several excellent restaurants nearby that you can walk to.

The parking situation isn’t great but we didn’t have to worry about driving to the basketball game at T Mobile or the show at the Kauffman center. Parking casts 18$ per night.

It was clean and comfortable! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great with the street car right there. The breakfast was excellent. Overall a really great experience. Would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Kansas City!

No complaints

The room was big and the location was perfect for our plans. Lobby was secure and the rooms were clean. Nice having the refrigerator and large bathroom. The rail line ran right in front of the hotel and is free.

Parking is in a back lot. We were able to park where we could see from our room but it was tight spots and evidence of windows broken previously.
