The pool was closed. No breakfast. Room doors were breaking off, no house cleaning in 2 days, no 'do not disturb' sign and the staff when we checked in were very rude

The hotel is in very bad need of quality maintenance and repairs, the stairwell are full of debris. The repairs in the rooms are very poorly done.

Pool was ice cold and eventually shit down which was the reason for the booking, breakfast was a joke. I never have stayed at a Wyndham hotel where I had to provide my own eating bowls and weren't allowed to take food back to my room. The TV didn't work during the entire 3 day stay, and calling the desk did nothing. The staff live on site and were constantly hanging out in the lobby watching everything you did instead of maintaining their property. Then a small child that belong to one of the staff was following guests all over the property unsupervised which I had to walk back to front desk and ask who the child belonged too because they were trying to come in my room. There was only 2 towels and hand towels in my room for 4 people, I had to make several trips to desk to ask for toilet paper and the desk staff was on his phone totally ignoring me at the desk until he felt like getting up to walk over to get me some. . I'm not sure who runs this property from Wyndham, but this place is a shit show. Homeless people laying all around property in the grass, Hispanics drinking and listening to loud music in the parking lot all hours of the night, smoke alarm was in a desk drawer, staff came in to install a toilet paper holder. Other guest weren't happy about the slim to none breakfast so they were buying fast food and bringing it back to property to eat. Then after checking out, my bank is being charged money so I call to see what for and man answers the phone" yeah"?! Not professional at all, get this place under control and under different people and it might boost the ratings.

Convenient location right by the zoo

Placed looked like it was under construction, dirty, lights broken, bathroom had a missing light fixture, kids toys everywhere, piping sticking out of the wall. I have pictures of this stuff. When I went to check in a stood at the desk for like 7 or 8 mins before anyone showed up. The wall plate for our room door wasn't even screwed in, like at all.
