The pool is amazing and they bring brinks to you in the pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is good and has great hours. There is a little store which is nice to grab stuff and if you are a Hilton honors member you can get daily credit from here based on your status. There is a laundry room which is nice to wash your swim clothes. It’s on the quiet side of the island I like. Near the airport which is convenient. There is a shuttle downtown and to the airport. It’s reasonably priced for key west.

I have stayed here many times. I usually stay on the pool side. This is the first time I stayed on the parking lot side. It’s a bit dark. Not many lights in my room. I hated the shower curtain it kept moving because the bar was bent and I would get water everywhere but it has not been an issue in any other room previously. The phone did not work but I did tell them. All minor things. No major issues.

Staff were kind and helpful. Hotel was all very clean; nice large room, well appointed. Nice balcony facing the pool. Bathroom was well equipped. The shuttle service downtown was free and a good service. Breakfast buffet was okay but not a great choice. Free coffee in the lobby. The bonus here was the outside Bar! Excellent professional barman (Eastern European; shamefully I cannot remember his name) was very friendly and welcoming to guests with excellent recommendations.

There was a constant 'drone' noise like a generator running but worse was the sound of aircraft coming in and out. My fault for not realising that the hotel was in such close proximity to the airport!

Would recommend staying at this resort. Nice pool area, the room was spacious for a family of 4. Friendly staff and we loved little details like cookies and hot chocolate in the lobby. Only a few minutes drive to the airport and the hotel provided a free shuttle. Being close to the airport, planes would fly over the hotel but it didn't bother us. Free shuttle also to the beach.

We appreciated the free shuttle downtown but found it a bit stressful as we were there during high season over new years and the shuttle would fill up quickly. Two shuttles, a larger one, or they perhaps running more frequently would have been better during that time. The wait time for service at the pool area was always a bit long. Only one person on hand taking orders and it wasn't enough. Paid for a room with a balcony but it was so small we didn't find at appealing to sit out there. We really should have just gotten a standard room for less money.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. We love the hotel amenities, the free shuttle that runs every hour to and from Duval Street. The location is fantastic for us. We like to stay away from busy Duval Street but love that we can take the free shuttle to the heart of it very easily. This is our second time staying here and we will continue to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton every time we come to KeyWest.

There is absolutely nothing negative to say. We loved everything.

The pool and bar area are amazing. The rooms were clean and didn't smell moldy like alot of hotels close to the ocean smell. The little store inside was awesome. The cookies were so good, just wish they had more than oatmeal and walnut.

I didn't like that it's says complimentary breakfast, and then you have to pay 20 per person for it. Also we got lunch there a few times and a couple times we got the same exact order and the price fluctuated.

This hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff was great. Michelle at the front desk is friendly and pleasant. The pool was great, but the hottub wasn't working. 😕

The hotel is in need of some upgrades, and the carpet is very worn. The bathroom sink leaked all the time. The toilet had poor flushing. The bathtub is in need of replacement. The $30 a day resort fee is a scam. I understand some renovations are coming. I would make the resort fee optional , and I am sure it is to cover the shuttle service downtown, which we never used.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool and the pool surroundings were beautiful. The staff was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had a tub and shower and toilet toilet separate from the sink. We had a balcony. Would definitely stay again. they had a shuttle to take you to downtown Key West every hour.

I do not have any concerns about the property other than it was about 20 minutes from downtown Key West. However, I enjoyed staying at Doubletree. They did have a shuttle to take you to the heart of Key West.

Cookies as soon as I check in and water every day returned into my room plus cleanliness of the room. Pool access.

Breakfast not accommodated, elevator broke on check in and had to use stairs at certain times or use the elevator on the other side of the building the whole visit.

The resort is very clean the food is excellent Michelle who works front desk night shift is an asset we go every year and she remembers who we are she is very attentive to my fur baby will continue to stay there as long as she is working there
