The breakfast buffet was complete with Lebanese specialties as well as the classic European. The staff is extremely helpful and will go out of their way to please the client. The locations of the hotel is strategic for anyone who is interested in Ras Beirut as the hotel is 5 minutes from Hamra and Verdun and the Sanayegh district. Walking to the AUB took only 10 minutes. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful in organising transport and advice on where to eat. There is a self serving laundry in the basement and this is very practical.

At times, it could be noisy.

This hotel is amazing and has a great location which is close to all nice shopping areas. Upon arrival I had a warm reception from the very nice receptionists as well as the professional and friendly manager Mr. Daou who helped me of getting a good and spacious suite. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast area is so neat with great selections of food. The tea and coffee machine was available 24/7 with all choices of hot drinks. My stay was very delightful and all the staff were excellent. I recommend this hotel very highly.

Able to check in an hour earlier than advertised, very helpful. Room was large and comfortable - kitchen area was fully equipped, small balcony and good bathroom. Sofa and bed were comfortable! Free toiletries very helpful. TV had a good news channel (English) and WiFi was solid. Breakfast was plentiful - so much choice, drinks too. Staff were really nice - kind and hospitable (and a thank you to Marc on the front desk who was very accommodating on my last day). Plenty of comfortable seating (on two floors) to relax indoors. Easy walk to a few eateries on the same road, and not too far from a 'tourist' must sees.

No pool or outdoor space during my stay - a real shame, and not listed on Booking.com nor the hotel website.

Can't say enough good things about this Hotel..I want to thank Karim at front desk and Hadi in dining....So friendly and helpful..everything was Fantastic!!!!!!!.I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Excellent location close to all important activities. You can reach all places by only walking. the suites are very cozy and comfortable. The housekeeping pledged for complete cleaning. The staff are cooperative, always smiling and positive in their replies and giving extreme help. For breakfast 😋 it was really amazing 👏. I want to give special thanks to Miss Lama and Miss Shahnaz, also for sheif Riyad Sulaiman and sheif Baker for their great effort to make my stay for one week to me, my wife, my infant one of the most pleasant.

The early check in and upgrade to a suite was greatly appreciated. I enjoyed the quality breakfast, rooftop pool, and attentive staff.

Nothing major, perhaps the street noise and the greenhouse effect of the glass facade on a sunny day causing the room to get a little warm.
