We made last minutes booking as our homestay host absconded 😕. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful, and managed to allocate rooms on the same floor for 9 of us. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, with ensuite bathroom.

Hotel location is a little bit further from the main attractions, but still walkable. On check out another staff at the reception released our deposit to another guest. Fortunately I have my deposit receipt with me - I hope the staff managed to get the money back from whoever he gave the cash to.

Clean, spacious and large beds for two. Very friendly and helpful staff. Water dispenser along the hallways and lobby so we did not have to buy bottled water.

The room we had was facing the mainroad which made it rather noisy but we were so exhausted from a whole day of walking that we slept it off. The glass toilet walls made it very bright during the night when the toilet light was turned on.

Overall okay. Good location. Good services. Easy to find. Less congested parts of town. Reasonably price. My 2nd time visit here.

If there is one thing I would suggest is to have a mini fridge. But that might add to overall cost. Another thing, but this one is beyond control, is that my room was just a cross from Shopee Logistics Warehouse, so you can guess the rest.

Parking bykkk. Parking is very important when u Penang. Family room sgt selesa. So many pillows. Wifi very strong. Got coway machine. Small hotel but i will give 5 rates. Near to most famous place. Will stay again. Good job CYC Heritage Hotel.

Parking is provided. Staff very friendly & they like to give my daughter a lollipop. My daughter love it so much! Receptions is good serve. Housekeeping also good. The hotel is very good, clean. Strategic near to mall, just can walking by through. Thanks to all. I give u all 10/10

All facilities are fine. Just little stain here n there on linen and blanket but doesnt smell

If you drive a car ,you might want to come late night as the hotel is just right beside the main road. You cannot do the u turn at the traffic lights, not enough room.

Parking Parking Parking. The facilities that you MUST have while staying in Penang. And you got extra when the room is most significant, the water pressure is good, and the staff is friendly.

The Shower Gel is very watery and is unsuitable for bathing. Visitors may need to bring their shower gel. Parking areas should be painted so that visitors park according to the available space. Some visitors like parking extra until they take someone else's spot.

The hotel has an easy access to parking from the main road, the hotel is clean. the shower is superb. Bed is comfortable. Water dispsenser is available for refill.

Shower and shampoo is not the refillable type. Hope to see more sustainable practices.
