The animation team were wonderful - especially those who look after the children in kids' club. They'd learnt our boys' names after the first visit and made the effort to seek them out and say hello at dinner and around the pool. The animation team by the pool worked really hard to pull guests together and get involved. There were always plenty of sun loungers after breakfast at 9.30/10am. Family suite was a good set up for a family of 4 - gives adults and kids their own space. Food was good - lots of variety each day but some staples. Really enjoyed the tagines. Great location for visiting Marrakesh.

Dinner service - more staff needed. Those working were rushed off their feet so we often sat with plates on our table that didn't get cleared before moving on to the next course.

We have had the most brilliant time staying at the Kenzi Club, genuinely the most fun, relaxing holiday which our whole family loved. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and the rooms are lovely and spacious. The food is good, not outstanding but more than adequate with a good balance between the standard all-inclusive cuisine as well as some daily specials and a good selection of local Morrocan cuisine which we enjoyed. I really have to give a huge shoutout to the staff at the Kenzi club, we’ve been blown away by their dedication and enthusiasm to making sure every guest has an unforgettable break. The animation team in particular were incredible, there’s always something going on here with plenty of activities all day long to get involved with if you please. We loved aquagym and spin classes with Aziz, such a brilliant instructor, so much fun! Special shoutout to pikachu and Obama too for bringing the vibes and energy! The kids club team have been incredible and have truly made our holiday, all three of our kids aged 7, 5 and 3 have loved going every single day and adored the teachers, thank you so much Asmae and the team. The bar staff at the pool bar work so hard but always with a smile on their face and Fetteh in the restaurant for being so warm and looking after us each day. Thank you to the best team for giving us a most memorable first trip to Morocco, we can’t wait to return!

Absolutely nothing, a slight improvement in food options would be the only way to improve our experience.

The staff are incredible, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The accommodation is clean, large and comfortable. Good air conditioning and water pressure. I have stayed many times before and I’m looking forward to returning.

I’d like milk in the room with the coffee. The privilege rooms are lovely a peaceful but over the years more visitors which children us this pool. This pool has signs to say respect the quiet. Hard to do with kids. There is a huge pool that caters for kids with slides, lifeguards, heated.. floats etc which is better suited for kids to have fun.

We were greeted by a gentleman who booked us in who was charming and pleasant , then Sama and Hind ( spellings may incorrect) took over and organised our room , so helpful and accommodating , made us feel special. Very kind and thoughtful staff, thank you so much. They really made an effort to make us feel valued . The porter was lovely, too. One of the animation team from eldorado club took time to explain what was available to do . She is a graduate and her language skills were very impressive so easy to converse with , im sorry I didn't get her name but she led some dancing in the bar at the pool on Thursday lunchtime , another credit to your organisation .

Not being able to assign wine a la carte to our room though the resourceful waiter organised for us to pay for our perfectly chilled and opened Moet by allowing us to sign and we paid when we left - so thank you . Taking credit cards throughout the resort would gain you extra income , many people buy on impulse

Staff are very friendly, I brushed up on my French as everyone said you needed to speak French - that isn’t the case. 95% of the staff speak English. Good choice of food, there is something for everyone and the pizzas are exceptional. Entertainment every night, but buy and miss if it’s something you’d like, that being said it was ok. You never struggled to get a subbed.

No host in the restaurant, if there wasn’t a table set up (most of the time) you’re a bit lost as to where to sit. They need a place to leave dirty towels by the pool. Wine in the restaurant is always warm.

The staff are the best I've ever experienced at a hotel. They go above and beyond to make the guests happy and comfortable. They are always smiling and speaking to guests. Asmae, in particular, is amazing, and the kids love her. Samar and Yassine were lovely too. There is always something to do at the resort as they have a fully packed entertainment schedule. The grounds for the hotel are beautiful and its nice to walk around. There is a shuttle bus which you can take (if you book the day before) in to the markets.

The property was kept very clean and tidy. I wasn't keen on the little zoo but otherwise everything else was lovely. The animation team worked very hard and there was plenty to do if you wanted to but you could just sunbathe if you didn't. There was a free shuttle bus into the medina ( about 20mins away). The food was a buffet which we found fine, plenty of choice, even for the member of the family who is gluten free..the chef was very helpful pointing out what was OK and what was not. Our rooms very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our visit very much

Lack of information - a book with all the activities and number for reception / spa would be super helpful. Would be good for reception to explain / take towel deposits on check in Housekeeping replenishments bit hot or miss.

nice and clean hotel, great staff attended all our requests. food was good specially breakfast and lunch. great location and they provide shuttle to Jamaa el Fna.

Animation, they can do better when I compared to other clubs where I've been. I was disappointed on the Moroccan night both on the dinner theme and the show. being Moroccan I was expecting to have a great and unforgettable night putting out gastronomy and culture on the spot, but it was a big disappointment, and I wasn't proud of what was presented. I hope they will make an effort in the future and be creative.

The room was clean , the bed was very comfortable , the pool was good , plenty of towels in the pool . Plenty of water

The same menu every day just slightly different , personally I don’t like the food is not tasty . every day chips plenty of sauce (mayonnaise ketchup and similar sauce) for nothing. We have to wait for cups and coffee cups for minutes to come . The orange juice is mixed with squash not real . The stuff is the bar ignored kids , because they give priority to adult many time I have to go my self to order.
