The location was very good, close enough to walk to everything, also there is a bus stop around the corner for a bus to the airport. The room was lovely and a good size . The patio door made the room seem bigger and airy. The shower was really good, nice free tioletries, very good towels and was very clean the cleaner came every day and did a great job, the reception staff were all very nice and friendly. We will certainly stay again

We didn't dislike anything, but there is very little storage. There is no wardrobe, just a small hanging rail with only a few hangers. There was no bin in the bedroom, just a small one in the bathroom and no light above the hanging rail, so it was a bit dark in that part of the room a small fridge would have been great just to keep water etc cool,

The facilities in the bedroom were good and clean. We were also happy with the breakfast and friendly staff. The location was perfect and my partner and I had a nice time exploring nearby Kinkerstraat and walking through the Vondel Park.

The walls are quite thin and we had annoying upstairs neighbours who decided to play their music very loudly at night and have incredibly loud sex. Staff members were prompt to address the issue around the music but it was obviously a bit too awkward for me to tell them that our neighbours were having a good time. The hotel would benefit from a bit of soundproofing!

The property was clean and modern, the breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. It was amazing to have the option to order waffles, eggs, etc. we also appreciated so much getting a slightly bigger room as we were traveling with the baby and needed a cot placed. The staff is very nice and welcoming. There is also a grocery store right next door which is comfortable if you’re traveling with kids or want to grab a quick snack.

We didn’t appreciate the vacuum cleaners, mops, etc being left on the coridor. Made it hard to move with the baby trolley and simply u pleasant tbh. Also, it’s not very comfortable that there is no food one can order in the evening, no room service either.

I really loved the location of the Hotel it was perfect to walk around Amsterdam and have different pit stops during the day. The facilities are great just as I expected them to be and they have a very well kept hotel. The rooms were perfect for the trip and it had everything we needed. They cleaned our room everyday so that was a plus. I would definitely repeat when going back to Amsterdam!

We ordered a couple of pillows extras on the first day but never got them and the other thing is that they could offer at least one coffee free per day. But other than that, the hotel was great and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Amsterdam

Absolutely loved our stay! Felt very safe, thanks in part also to a lovely welcome from your reception staff. Room was exceptionally clean, bed very comfortable, and extremely quiet. Blackout curtains blocked out almost all light! (Although there is the usual "red TV light - if that bothers you, you will know what this is..!) We therefore slept great!! A few small tips to make the stay amazing, and I think you could add a much higher price (maybe this is beyond your target market of course). Firstly, 2 pillows per person is a luxury, but I think a lot of people like to sleep on two (me included). Also think about the customer experience when living in the room more generally. For instance, there wasn't really anywhere to put things in the bathroom. For two people, each with a washbag, toothbrushes, makeup.. this having somewhere to put stuff, is a must. A simple shelf on the wall would solve this. Also, it's nice to have a spare toilet roll, but it gets wet, because it's located down near the floor, next to the sink. And then in the bedroom.. two people = also two people, who need to put stuff in places. There was a big part of the room in effect wasted - a nice large area near a window, that could have housed a second chair. Here the 2nd person can put things (like clothes they take off at night), without having to share a small chair. And on that note, in the other spare corner, you could have had a lamp, which would have added extra style, and more light. And finally, somewhere to put your shoes has a double effect. It's nice to have as it is organised and tidy, but it also encourages people to take off their shoes, which ultimately helps to save your carpets, and cleaning costs. And finally breakfast. I think that hotels that provide a breakfast, should provide it in the price, but I get why there is a separate charge, for instance if the room for breakfast is too small etc.

Excellent location, very well managed, pleasant and very capable staff and wonderful breakfasts. We also enjoyed the great access to the Museum Quarter as well as the access to less tourist-oriented areas for eating, drinking, washing clothes and seeing a different side of the city. Also, for those interested in a lovely walk or a really pleasant run, Vondelpark is two or three minutes away and well worth a visit.

Two pillows for each guest would have been good. Also, better instructions on how to reach the hotel. Even the local taxi driver got a bit confused so a better map on booking.com would have been helpful.

Breakfast was excellent - fresh waffles to die for. The room being a suite had plenty of space and a huge bathroom. Reception staff friendly and knowledgable able to assist with every equiry and question even sorting a taxi out to the airport on our day of departure. Our room was silent - great sleep without disruption.

Drain in the shower was slow to take away - almost flooded the bathroom a couple of times. No mirror in the sitting area next to the bathroom which could have helped with the evenings preparations. Stairs to bedroom may have been a little steep for some.

Welcoming. Clean, comfy & quiet. Excellent location for our needs & especially museums. Good public transport, although the city is very walkable. Many restaurants in the locality.

A usual complaint for us, is that there are never enough hooks in the bathroom/bedroom for toilet bags, dressing gown and wet towels. And why do the personal change the towels every time they clean the room, when we have not discarded them to the floor. In these days of trying to be ecological, we feel it not necessary to change after one or two days of use. AND the lighting was actually good, except impossible for reading in bed…..

Rooms were lovely, cosy. Maybe a bit small but that added to the cost. Lovely design which worked through the whole hotel and rooms. Friendly staff. Marshall speaker and underfloor heating in bathroom were nice touches. Lovely big and powerful shower.

Only thing I could say is not very bright in rooms. Partly on purpose I think to add to the vibe but it would be good if there was a light to make it brighter too.

Location was brilliant, able to get the bus from the airport to more or less outside the hotel with only a short walk. Really easy to find on maps and the hotel was lovely and clean. They kept our luggage for us before check in and when we returned to check in they had already taken our luggage to the room - this was a nice touch. Super easy check in and staff were super helpful and we enjoyed the idea of their honesty bar where we could go in and grab extra cups/glasses and things like extra teabags and sugar.
