EVERYTHING! We could not rate this place more highly. Everything was amazing, like I could not fault anything. From the friendly staff in accommodation, to the restaurant and everything was clean ! We stayed in other places that were filthy and this by far is somewhere we will come back and were glad we paid more for (than what we personally normally would in terms of our budget).

Literally the only one fault if I'm being extremely picky and its nothing major, but we were keen to use the sauna but then realised it was a separate male/female thing. Again, this is just something so minor.

Room was well appointed with all the facilities for a comfortable stay with a large Comfy Bed. Lake View was Nice with Kitchenette having everything we needed for our stay. Bathroom was great with everything clean and well presented. Breakfast was very good with plenty of food and Drink options available. Warm Cookies supplied on Check in was a nice Touch and they were very Tasty.

Paying $16.00 for overnight parking when paying good Money for the Room was a little disappointing. Small Balcony with Room was almost pointless as it was pretty much taken up with accommodating the Outdoor Unit for the Heat Pump.

We celebrated our 30th anniversary and this was the first time in Queen. We felt special straight away with the gift from the staff that was left in our room. We were very grateful. Thank you. Breakfast was great, the convenience of the booking for activities was next to the front entrance their service was fantastic. Restaurant and bar were steps away and the water taxi.

How we opted for no room cleaning, but they still came through, the bed was made but the base wasn't put back together and the king size bed felt like to single beds put together. The couch was more comfortable.

the breakfast was a good selection - the beans and hash brown bites were my favourite. i also tried the matcha little cake which i enjoyed. my partner went back for 3 coffees and said he really liked it. it was his birthday and we were so pleased to walk in to our room and find a few balloons and a card and even a chocolate bar for him!! i did not ask for this but mentioned it was his birthday so that was a super nice surprise. lovely room and the most comfortable bed and pillows!! it was like sleeping on a cloud. nice shower too.

unfortunately the scrambled eggs were not very good! very rubbery and without flavour. i would suggest adding more fresh fruit to the breakfast as i was looking forward to that but only saw pineapple! (we did arrive at 8:45 for breakfast so maybe there were some earlier!)

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Lovely touch was the warm biscuits given at check-in. Bed and pillows were so comfortable, good shower and room very clean.

Only negative was the sofa was not that comfortable to sit on for a long period of time. Be aware that have to pay for parking using QR code either under hotel or in the open gravel carpark behind hotel. This payment is not through the hotel itself. Unless lucky enough to get one of the few parallel parks also behind hotel.

We came down to Queenstown for a wedding at Jacks Point so the Hilton seemed like a sensible place to stay nearby. We originally booked DoubleTree but we were upgraded to the Hilton. It was great having access to the Hilton facilities, especially the pool. The room was comfortable, with a large bathroom and plenty of space. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking was available if you park at the top of the hill and walk down, otherwise you can pay for valet or day time parking by the hotel. The room was nice and warm and had all the amenities needed :)

The shower had a terrible drainage system where it leaked all over the floor. I felt really bad about this and for the cleaners. We did mop it up at the end of our stay but at the expense of handing back super wet towels. The room was quite untidy, the mirror wasn’t cleaned and there was a bit of dust around. It was generally messy for quite a respected hotel. Seeing we got upgraded, we didn’t want to complain but the view of scaffold wasn’t the best. Otherwise it was good, minor things!

Lovely staff. Amazing views.

Poor lighting in bedroom made it difficult to read at night. Didn't realise it was on opposite side of the lake to Queenstown. Had to catch a water taxi over to Queenstown and back which cost $20 each. Made to move to the other Hilton for breakfast one morning due to a private function. No lighting at 7am made it very dark to walk to breakfast.

Comfortable large bed and pillows. Combined living bedroom upgrade from the Double Tree to Hilton Spa Resort was appreciated. Stacks did great burgers and pizza for dinners. Great full size bath and shower facilities in the room

Parking but got lucky night one and paid the $16 night two in external private car zone. Check in could provide some maps of key places to visit. Also the location of the spa saunas and indoor pool on checking in would be good. Some external scaffolding on extremity of building from our window not an issue when curtains closed.

Very nice comfortable rooms and lovely staff

That when we got to the property we were charged an additional $200 for a deposit or something of the likes. I think $50 per night. Which would have been fine if we were pre warned about it but we were not, it was not written anywhere on the website or anywhere at all. We did get it back after we checked out but it’s the fact that we were blindsided by it, and if we hadn’t budgeted for it we would have been in a bit of an awkward situation. I suggest at least warning people about it…
